The service was good. They were fast.

They were prompt and curious with both the quote and the work. They were efficient and checked in (with options) when more work needed to be done. I was impressed with the quality of work and impressed with the responsiveness. They were the only company to suggest we add a access point to the bend in the pipe. This was a bonus.

Roto-Rooter charged double the price of the other provider for the same job, which took about 30 minutes to complete. There is a fair price for a simple job to pay for service and then there is gouging which in this case is exactly what happened. I agreed to it so it’s on me but I took the day off to get this job done so I had no choice. Since I found them on Angie’s List I felt it necessary to write this review.

It was a very nice experience. The technician was very nice and even took time to educate us on certain things. I would definitely hire again and try to request that same technician.

It took several days and they had to come back to complete some cleaning, but they were cooperative about it. They were nice to work with.

They caulked and made sure the drain was not slow. They did an excellent job and we would use them again. We would highly recommend them.

Our service gentleman was very professional and friendly. He checked to see if our part was under warranty, and it was. That saved us money, which is always a good thing! He was knowledgeable and quickly was able to get us hot water. We would most definitely use this service again.

I called Friday evening and was offered an appointment for later the same night. I opted for an appointment the following morning. Service provider was punctual, professional and friendly. He explained the work necessary and the fees up front prior to beginning work. Work was completed in a timely manner and the kitchen area was left clean.

They didn't come in the time window confirmed. Way late I had to call them to ask why was going on. No one called me to tell me they were running way behind. But when they got here they were good

Very well done and nature of the problems were explained including the solutions he will do. He worked fast and cleaned after the area. He double checked the pipes and the other lines too.
