Robert L. Tobin Architect

If I could rate him 0 stars, I would. I highly, do not recommend him. The contractors we interviewed for our renovation all agreed individually the plans were of no use to them, inaccurate and an incomplete set of plans. We lost a lot of money and had to start all over again. He is overpriced and unprofessional - his measurements and layout of plans provided were incorrect and completely lacked basic details. He did not fulfill the work and deliverables that he committed and outlined in the signed contract. When I discussed the contractors feedback and all my disappointments with him, he argued, was unprofessional and abruptly hung up on me.

Mr Tobin is a talented Architect and nicely agreed to help us with the design of our basement, despite his very busy schedule at the time. He was very pleasant to work with and he worked within our budget.

Solid architect that accepts all ideas. I recommend this architect if you already have a few concepts in mind and need them put onto paper.

Excellent architect who spent the time getting to know exactly who we were and what we wanted. Very willing to go through the plans and work with us to make sure we had everything we needed to move the project forward. Also worked well with the builder and made adjustments as necessary. We would highly recommend him.
