They were unprofessional and dishonest. The workers and subcontractors drank our liquor out of our liquor shelf. They installed the kitchen sink incorrectly. I had to pay someone else to reinstall this. They did the plumbing in the bathroom backwards - hot was cold, cold was hot, and had to hire someone to fix this. I had 500 square feet of porcelain tile installed. The work that he did for this was poorly done. According to the contractor that replaced it, this was shoddy workmanship. Within days, the tile was shifting and the grout was coming out in chunks. I was told that this would be under warranty for a year, under state law. He sent his carpenter back 3 times to replace single tiles and re-do the grout. Finally after the third time, they were unprofessional and rude over the phone to me. They were not willing to work with me to solve the problem. I stopped speaking with him at this point, when I realized he wouldn't do anything. We found a contractor after a year, because of the issues, and they did the job the correct way. I was getting the run around from the contractor about where the tile was bought to replace. I finally was able to get more and was taken care of. When things were going well, he would be good with communication. Once things went sour, this all changed.
