Description of Work: LH Hunt LLC came out in early April and gave me an estimate for a partial kitchen remodeling and a couple of little different things such as patching little holes.

+ 0 moreThe job was tricky do to zoning requirements (mostly headroom and HVAC) and LH Hunt did a great job fleshing out the design and delivering a stunning room which meets code and meets the level of fit and finish used in the rest of the house. Most people can't believe it's a basement. They also did a great job creating custom "built-ins" to accommodate kid-toys and a flatscreen TV, plus all the wiring for network and surround sound (per my design). In the end, we couldn't be happier with the results and the experience of working with LH Hunt.
Description of Work: To accommodate my growing family (two boys under 5 and an 85lb Labrador retriever), my wife and I decided to finish part of the basement as a "play room + TV room": about 400 sq feet to be exact. The job included - framing in the foundation walls, - building an electrical closet with doors, - providing wiring for future surround sound audio, - installing ceiling and recessed lighting in the ceiling, - creating custom built-ins for "kidstuff" and a flat screen TV, - tiling the floor, - installing wainscotting up to chair-rail height, - painting and - installing a total of five doors (two for electrical closet and three for access to the rest of the basement)

+ -1 moreThey did an absolutely fantastic job. They completely ripped down the bathroom and rebuilt the whole thing. The quality was outstanding and the workers were very efficient, skilled, and friendly. It was such a pleasant experience I couldn't believe it.
