Description of Work: What a great group of people. Prompt, work as promised, shared good information for the future, and priced nicely. I would not hesitate in calling Frank's Plumbing again. Had a toilet fixed, drains checked, oil burner parts replaced and the dryer vent checked. Best service!

+ -1 moreOne of the family members came to give me a free estimate. He was exactly on time. He checked it out, and said they would get back to me that day with the estimate, which they did. Two people arrived on time to do the work for two hours. The price included some parts. The price was exactly the estimate, which I thought was appropriate. The cousin, who had done the estimate, was really friendly. He talked to my kids, who loved him. They were very clean, putting a drop cloth down, and cleaning up everything when they left. They even took the trash with them.
Description of Work: They went through the living room ceiling to fix a leaking shower drain.
