Dave was thorough and pleasant to work with. He came by when he said he would and had the documents for FEMA completed within a week. I work late hours and he stopped by in the evening with an addressed envelope and all I had to do was put postage. I send FEMA my application to remove my property from a "flood zone area," and was approved within a month. My lender is now reviewing the information. I found Dave on HomeAdvisor and so glad I did! His price is fair and reasonable. Someone my realtor recommended wanted $800!

I hired David E. Wilson to survey my property as part of the process in preparing the LOMA papwerwork for FEMA. Dave was great to work with and stayed involved in the project until the end. My property was surveyed and I was provided with maps, property markings and all required (completed) paperwork. In addition, he explained everything to me.
