I have been washing windows in fairfield and westchester counties for the past 20 years with the occasional side trip to clean windows in my customers vacation homes on Martha' Vineyard.After 20 years of working by myself I have finally hired 1 employee who works with me I am always on the job scheduled for that day I do not drop of a crew and go to another job your house or bussiness is the most important job at that time.I have been building personal relationships with my customers for the past 20 years I have seen children grow from toddlers to adults.I beleive in forging longterm relationships with my customers.I always try to accomadate any request that my customers may have if you ask and if I can do it it gets done I'm a firm beleiver in saying yes and if I can't do it or feel it is usafe to do I will tell you that to. We Are small bussines but no job is either to small or to big we have done homes from 800 sq/ft up to 30,000 sq/ft. I beleive that my customers should feel safe and secure in using my service I have a long list of current customers that i can use as refrences. Description of Work: I called them and spoke with them about getting an estimate. They said they would come by and leave an estimate for me. They never came by or called me back about the work. They didn't follow up at all.

Member The estimate was doneAs you can see buy my reports and placed in your mail box. My policy is that once I do the estimate I don't bother a prospective customer to see if they would like to schedule, if a customer has a question they are more than welcome to call or email me. If they didn't get the estimate they can call or email me for the quote. I respect my customers privacy I don't like people calling me trying to sell me stuff so I make it a habit NOT to bother clients new or old about scheduling an appointment.This method has worked well for the past 23 years and I will continue to use it in the future. As you can see buy my reports I try to deliver a very high level of customer service to my clients. Thank you David
