+ -1 moreWhen I called SNS, spoke with Pete the owner, and explained my problem, he suggested that I should call CL&P first as the problem might be outside the house and CL&P would fix it for free, whereas he would have to charge me for the repair. As it turned out, the repair was outside the house and was fixed for free. Pete could have gotten a quick repair out of me, but he chose to act with integrety. I would call him again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: He talked me out of having him come right away.
