I took a chance after seeing he only had one review, which was an excellent review, and I am glad I took it. He was professional and efficient. Gave me some pointers and recommended what work was necessary to cut costs. He legitimately does good business and is not out to take advantage of people.
Description of Work: Replaced all locks to our new house. Made it so a single key would open all locks. Bored out all necessary dead bolt holes so the locks would properly throw full range of motion.

 + -1 moreI?m in the Real Estate business and had the only key for a vacant property and the key wouldn't unlock the door. Bob came out in the same day and was able to get that key to work so I could show the house. Also, while he was there he was able to very inexpensively (much cheaper than buying new door hardware!) make a new set of keys for the front door, my sellers had lost the keys years ago. All for a reasonable price!! Highly recommend.
