Velbeth's House Cleaning

Horrible job!! The house was in worst shape AFTER she left than before. Please DO NOT use this House Cleaner's Services. Velbeth is entirely incompetent and I have the photos to prove it. While I DID initially write a satisfactory Review in 2014.. I cannot say what has happened to this Company since then. The bath mat was thrown into the tub, the beds were not made, the night stand was not polished, the floor was filthy. I have asked Velbeth to simplify matters in refunding me my $160.00. But she refuses. Therefore, I am in the process of CONTACTING ANGI.COM's Corporate Office. I hire Contractors through Angi.com ALL OF THE TIME. There is never ANY problem and I give them Excellent Reviews!! I actually contacted Angi.com 16 times before being able to relay my NEGATIVE REVIEW and STILL, I do not see that it posted. Velbeth did not care that I was unhappy, she started berating me via text and is entirely unprofessional. I will have Angi.com's Corporate Office handle this matter and my Refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Velbeth responded to my inquiry very quickly. We met, she gave me a great price & quick appointment for cleaning. All I can say is Velbeth & her team are FANTASTIC - sincerely, I?ve had cleaning people on & off for 20 years & she is in the TOP 3 of about 20 or more cleaning services I?ve used from Florida to Maryland, NY & CT. I?m not exaggerating in the least ? she?s a professional, respectful, pleasant person & a conscientious, meticulous cleaning woman. She also gave me great advice on some products that work better than what I had, including a different mop & general supplies (she?s the expert!). She has a Dyson vacuum (I just bought newest Shark, which works extremely well, but her team is more comfortable with their Dyson; which is great, saves use of my vacuum & I know Dyson is a great vac too, just bit too pricey for me). I recommend her HIGHLY ?~ 5 STARS*****~ & she?s already worked for 1 of my friends who was more than impressed & also will be using her again. I?m sending her info to any1/every1 I know in this area because she really is a good person, responsive, synergetic with her team & in meeting/going beyond expectations!
