Very professional from start to finish. They were very thorough with initial inspection and gave me estimate for sewer backwater valve install bundled with house trap replacement and jet cleaning. Explained everything to my assurance and work went smoothly. After uncovering the existing pipework of course there were surprises. However new plan was quickly hatched and explained to me. Everything else went well and the team was on top of it.

The project was successful. Tony and his crew did an awesome job! I was having a hard time with my sewer system since my house is so old. I was constantly calling United Sewer for help when the sewer would get backed up. Which was often. I was hanging by a limb. After a few snakes and hydrojetting it wasn’t helping my situation. Until, Tony suggested I have a sewer lining. It would solve this matter without the total cost of a sewer replacement. It was the best advice ever! I’m so grateful for the advice and taking him up on it. It wasn’t cheap but so worth it. If it wasn’t for that, my whole basement would had been flooded from yesterdays down pour. I highly recommend United Sewer.!! The whole team are very professional and knowledgeable. In addition, great quality of work. I love that they are responsive. I will definitely be using them again if needed in the future and hopefully they can resolve my problem with my downstairs apartment. Snake the main drain

After assessing what was causing the problem, the technician offered a solution that should keep the sewer line clear. He recommended hydro-jetting the line. He was polite at all times. I like that when I called they were able to send someone within two hours.

Tony, was efficient and came to our rescue in a timely fashion. Thanks for all your help.
