Great. I had four different companies bid on this job. The three other companies each indicated that it was impossible to get central air into all of the rooms on the second floor. Some said it was impossible to reach one room and some said it was impossible to reach two rooms. Tony from Tri-Tech assured me that it could be done and he was true to his word. Team was punctual, professional, neat, etc. This company is great.

We have used Tri Tech for 3 different issues in our home and have found them to be quick to respond to phone calls and our needs...I have not shopped around for prices due to the immediacy of our needs

Came around to look at the job. Most of the details around what to be done got lost between the person who came to the house and the people about to do the installation. Several delays blamed on 1) other work commitments 2) parts missing and 3) equipment no longer available from the distributor. Very hard to get a clear answers to anything and when I threatened to cancel the order they finally came up with a and quot;rush deliveryand quot; to get the equipment there in the next few days. Work eventually got done and seem to be of good quality, but communication was an issue all the way through. Not a professional firm and lack of customer service. Will not use again.

Tony and his crew worked into the night for 4 days straight and the results are impressive. I had other bidders tell me they could do it all in a day but I would hate to think of the corners they would have cut to do so. Even though I could have spent a few thousand dollars less, I think Tri Tech was a bargain. They were by far the most knowledgeable installers I spoke to in obtaining bids, which was important to me given the technology involved in the high efficiency systems I was considering. In the end, when the building inspector showed up for the final inspection he was blown away, saying he had never seen such a clean, well detailed residential installation in his career. So far, the system is performing flawlessly and I am eager to see what the real cost savings are from the switch.
