After 24 years, my well pump failed on Sunday, the 27th. I called then and received a Sunday phone message response saying they would be at my home 1st thing Monday. They arrived early, before the serviceman's first appointment, and tested that an electrical circuit had broken. He then returned at 8:30, to find, open and finish testing the failure cause, which took about a hour. It turned out that there was an electrical wire break, and he showed me that the pump was still operative. These pumps' expected life is 10-15 years, and I put this one in in 1987. So I opted to have a new pump put in, while the well cover was open. He went back to his shop to get the material, and returned promptly. The new pump was installed, in full working mode plus the well was reclosed and the work area cleaned up by noon. I am very satisfied with every aspect of this company's work. I used these people when the replaced pump was installed, and again when a pump circuit switchhad to be replaced around 12 years ago, and I would use them again. Their price had not changed much form years ago.
Description of Work: Replaced residential water supply well pump and electrical lines inside the well.
