+ 2 moreAlthough we were charged for the cleaning and maintenance, the gutters remained filled with over 2"+of sludge and an additional topping of branches, leaves, sticks and even old bits of wood. I climbed a ladder and photographed this obvious lack of neglience.
Description of Work: The service to be performed was gutter cleaning and maintenance.

+ -1 moreThe company was not responsive - it took weeks to get them down to the job site. Then it took weeks to get a quote - the quote was in open-ended hourly rates for certain tasks which obviously means one has no idea what the ultimate costs will be- so that is not really a quote one can rely on. The company was recommending an approach that turned out to be not necessary and potentially -due to the hourly rates-very expansive. Long story short - I did not feel comfortable with this company and hired another company which fixed the problem the very next day for a few hundred USD.
Description of Work: Ultimately no service was performed.

+ 0 moreExpensive, but so far it seems to have been a good repair. I recently re-contacted for a different issue. It took them a long time to come out to look at the problem and then I never heard from them again.
