The Maids

In fairness it was a big job. But paid over 700 dollars and still finding things they missed.

Well worth the expense for exceptional cleaning of our home.

I have them as a regular service. So, I have not decided not to use them.

- Left alarm off when leaving, which is an ongoing problem that has been complained about several times. I have made them aware of the break-ins in the neighborhood and how important this is, but it doesn't help. - Sometimes they forget to lock the door - They have shown me an account "notes" page that states that the alarm should be turned on, along with other repeated cleaning problems, but obviously this is not a system they actually use. - Left black mold in shower despite several requests to be more careful about that - Frequently leave recycling in plastic bag despite being made aware several times that recycling items are supposed to be left loose in the bin - office staff has been spoken to several times and seems totally, for lack of a better word, incompetent - I have asked Corliss, the person who writes the Angie's List review, to have the owner call me and the request has been ignored several times over the past 10 years - Most recently, when I spoke to "Aisha" to ask for service to be discontinued until the owner can call me, she said they are cancelling my service until I am ready to use them again without speaking to the owner (!!!) - Was also told by Aisha that owner "does not speak to customers"

For 200.00 dollars I wasn't pleased. They missed obvious areas in my bathroom. Just brushed over my home very quickley. Then used a very strong deodorizer to appear clean. Sneezed all day. Never again.

I hired the Maids to do a deep clean once I went into contract on a new home I purchased. They arrived on time and I left the house for approximately 2 1/2 hours. When I returned, the head cleaning lady asked me to take a look at the house- it certainly looked clean to the eye and it smelled a lot better than it did before they cleaned. I did not move in for several days- no one had been in the home during the time period. There were no contractors, painters or other workers. My family and I moved in and we started to notice room by room that there was a lot that had been "overlooked". I found dust and dirt under the heating vents, dust on shelves in a family room, the bathrooms were far from "deep" clean. I will not go into detail about what I saw under my toilet bowls- I will leave that to your imagination. I was so annoyed by day 5 that I called the office and spoke to a representative. She assured me that a "deep clean" and detailed cleaning was their specialty and that the discrepancies that I discovered were perhaps an "oversight". I did not want to continue to argue- clearly this is not a company that I would ever hire again. Their version of a "deep" clean is far from clean at all. During the past week I have been cleaning the house myself and what I discovered compelled me to write this review. I paid way too much for the service that was provided. If I was interested in a light dusting and floor vacuuming perhaps I might have been happier. When I hired them, I clearly stated that I a purchasing a new home and that I needed a deep clean throughout the house. I did not receive that. The rep offered me a $50 credit but that hardly made up for all the extra work that I had to do myself.

They show up, do a great job and we have no issues.

They do a great job. We've been using them for about a year. We are satisfied with the price but we wish it was a little more competitive. We think it is average.

I have them do work me, once a week. I am dissatisfied with their services. They are not thorough nor are they careful with our belongings. They are always in a hurry and rush through the process. Initially they were good, but off lately they have gone bad. I may use their services until I find a new one.

They came out and did a monster cleaning like a spring cleaning, and then came back to do some more cleaning that was less effective. The first one was hugely expensive. It was a stop-gap arrangement for us. We have a housekeeper and she just had a baby. We were trying to fill in till she was ready to come back. The Maids came in with a team of four ladies and did a very good job.

VERY GOOD. SOMETIMES THEY ARRIVE TOO EARLY, OTHER TIMES LATE, OFTEN THE TEAMS ARE SHORT HANDED. THEY WORK ON A TIME SLOT WHICH CAN HINDER THEIR WORK. OVERALL, THEIR WORK IS GOOD.
