In the spring I called, twice technicians came out and said that they would talk with Paul about what needed to be done to control the noise which sounded rather like a train (in the kitchen and living room).
At last count either my husband or I had called him 18 times but he never returned our calls. We ended up paying another HVAC supplier about $5,000 to modify and finish the job which involved installing another expensive part to bleed off the air pressure in parts of the system which had been designed with too much air flow. We now have an annual contract with 20/20 Air.
The price on this system went from reasonable to very expensive after the second company was paid.
