House was cleaned, but staff not trustworthy. They serviced my home for a while. Over time, kitchen items were broken while cleaning, bathroom was flooded because toilet was broken while cleaning. No one ever offered to pay for anything and I didn’t seek damages.The last straw for me was jewelry went missing.

The team was excellent, hard working and detail-oriented. They were able to remove mildew and an accumulation of dirt from walls , windows and light fixtures. Great results! I am happy to give S.H.S. the highest recommendation.

We hired SHS for a move-in job initially and they exceeded our expectations! We since have hired them for weekly cleanings and canno be happier with the job. They are prompt and fairly priced. Thank you for making our house spotless!

Boris and his team provide excellent service every time I call. I have had a few emergency situations that required a team due to events and they have accommodated my schedule each time. I highly recommend them.

The service was interesting. The service was for window cleaning and I paid $189. We made an appointment and they didn’t show up. S o I called them and they said the truck has broken down and they gave me another time. I scheduled for them to come and they came and gave me an idea of what they can do for the money I paid and I said OK. They did the service but they never followed up. My problem was they never follow up and they didn’t tell me they were going to be late. They didn’t know anything and I didn’t know what I was getting. I think they stayed for half of an hour and they didn’t clean up. I would not use them again.

This was a $180 big deal purchase. I was not satisfied. The manager responded when I contacted him to set up the service. Then he brought out the two girls and they had an attitude. I told the manager I was not pleased. They did not move our sofas when they cleaned. I called the manager and they came back again. A lot of the areas in the house I found were not that clean. They were not professional. I booked them right after I bought the deal. They did some of the job. I think the price was fair.

They were okay but I think she broke something and didn't tell me about it. They had gone and already left and my babysitter told me about it. I didn't think that was too great but other than that they were okay. They came out in late August. Maybe there was a little bit extra on the price for extra time. I think they were on time. I think there cleaning was okay, they were average, nothing like fabulous. They needed guidance from me to like tell them to do something they should have done so I wasn't overwhelmed with that.

It was great... I called the day prior to the service because my reg cleaners kept not showing up. I didn't expect them to say the next morning. I got to my house after running an errand and they were waiting for me. The 2 women that cleaned my house did not speak English but came with another woman who asked all the tasks I wanted done and translated everything I needed. They were 2 lovely women from Ukraine and Poland. I had no need to talk to them and I was busy doing other things in the house in different rooms. 2 hours later they were done. They went above and beyond and cleaned things my last cleaner didn't AND it was $20 cheaper. The man who booked the job said, just call when you want us to come again. I love that option as opposed to having them come the same set time every so many weeks because I am a freelancer and need the flexibility. I called the office and paid with a cc right after they left. So easy

Went well except they didn't move the sofa which is on a wood floor. The language barriers as frustrating. Howeve, overall the two ladies did a good job. I feel the cost was well worth the job they did.

Easy to set up appointment, but too much water was used and edges of carpets curled up. Provider assured us they would settle down but after 6 weeks carpets still curl

We had some confusion on scheduling in the beginning but when we sorted that out, we chose a new time for them to clean my house. They were on time and did a very thorough job. There were no issues with the work. I had some personal issues over the summer that did not allow for additional scheduling and once that happened they no longer called back when finally got them on the phone heard they are too busy for new customers.

We started using Superior Home Services (SHS) when our previous cleaner moved away. Originally, we agreed that the cleaners would come once per week for $100. Shortly after hiring them, we had a flood and our entire downstairs was quarantined. As a result, we agreed that SHS would still come once per week but would only clean the first floor for $50. There are no children in the household, it is only two adults and two cats, and we did not have them make beds, change sheets or do laundry. Each week when we came home, we noticed that several rooms or things had not been cleaned. We had come to observe that essentially the only thing they were doing on their visit was cleaning the two toilets and vacuuming the master bedroom rug. One day, I ran my hand along our rarely used dining room table and it was coated with dust (the table had obviously not been dusted in several weeks). In addition, the kitchen table, which we eat at almost daily, had a few droppings of food still stuck to it; the window bed cushions had not been vacuumed (as we had requested); garbage cans had not been emptied; the bathroom sink would still have toothpaste in it; no mirror was ever cleaned, etc. There were even a couple of times that they did not show up, no advanced notice or explanation. We called the office and spoke with Boris, and he suggested a supervisor would accompany the two-person crew the following week. That week, our house was finally cleaned properly. However, the following week, the two-person crew was in and out in less than 45 minutes. They even arrived at the end of the business day instead of their usual morning time. Since they were presumably not showing up again, I vacuumed the bedroom rug myself. As a result, when they finally showed up, all they cleaned were the toilets and then left. When my husband got home, I pointed out all the numerous items that had not been cleaned. He called Boris and when he mentioned that the cleaning crew was in and out in less than 45 minutes, Boris? response was that they should be. In my opinion, they should be out when the cleaning is completed, not when the clock hits 45 minutes later. We then asked for a different cleaning crew and Boris agreed. Because I was unable to be home when they came, I left a note asking that they vacuum the window beds and clean the counters and tables. When we returned home that evening, we found our house key placed in our mailbox and our front door unlocked (not the first time our door was left unlocked). When we entered the house itself, there was no note explaining anything. There was not even one follow up phone call from anyone. Overall, I would not recommend SHS to anyone. Boris sounds nice enough on the phone but the results or lack thereof speak for themselves.

Oswaldo and his cleaning crew are a good cleaning team. Efficient and thorough with their work! We will use them again!

I had a hard time getting in contact with cleaning service. I wanted to schedule the appointment for a certain date, but couldn't schedule it because so and so was on vacation that does the scheduling, so I had to wait until he returned, but was told I could get the date I wanted. After a few phones calls, negotiating if I could clean my carpet on certain days that they would be in my area, I finally got the carpet cleaned the same day of an event I was hosting. So the carpet was damp that evening when my guests arrived. It was clean, it just took more time than I expected to schedule. I may use again knowing that I should allow a lot of extra time to actually get the date set.

This is my third time using them and have been very happy with the job done. Two very nice ladies work together and clean my house in two hours. This is the first company I used that ever put everything back like they found it. They even cleaned the oscillating fan in my office. The only downside is the cost. I haven't had cleaners for about two years and am paying $50.00 more for each cleaning, plus the $20.00 tip I give the ladies. I keep a clean house as it is so it's hard to justify the cost. Not sure if I can continue using them, but they are great!
