THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME WORKING WITH THEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CAME ON TIME. THEY EXPLAINED TO ME EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT EACH PIECE OF EQUIPMENT WAS FOR. UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. I REALLY THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE MORE THAN WHAT IT WAS. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME.
Description of Work: THEY DID CARPET CLEANING. WE HAD AN INCIDENCE WHERE OUR CARPET GOT EXTREMELY WET AND THEY WERE CALLED IN TO HELP DRY IT AND MAKE SURE THE FLOOR WOULDNT GET DAMAGED.

THEY'RE DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE. THEY ARE HERE WHEN I ASK, AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THE PRICE IS OK. THE PEOPLE WHO COME ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
