Mark replaced both the shower valve and the faucet valve. He scheduled me quickly, came when he said he would, and did the work properly. No problem!

Mark quickly figured out what was going on and diagnosed the problem. He is honest and punctual - I will always use Mark for plumbing issues.

Mark was on time, clean, efficient, charged exactly what he said he would charge, and the work is well done. Would definitely hire again.

Ultimately, we did not need his services (a licensed friend was able to come in over the weekend). Nonetheless, we feel Mark's responsiveness is worth telling others. We understand now why he is so highly rated on Angie's List.

A-1 job! Mark was great. Picked up the phone on the first ring, listened, coordinated a time to show up and evaluate, did so on-time and did a thorough job isolating the actual issue, committed to a time within 24 hrs to come back and fix the problem (didn't have the right stuff with him) and made good on the commitment. Quality of the work? Superb. Professionalism and demeanour? Equally so. No brainier. He's my go-to guy

They called back four days later. Surprising that when i call and leave a message with a plumber that my toilet is leaking they take four days to call back.

Everything went great and MUCH faster than I expected! Here is what happened - I had my hot water valve stem seize (so the handle wouldn't even turn to be able to turn on the hot water) a few months ago and I recently finally decided to take a crack at it myself to get this working again. The escutcheon wouldn't even budge after several attempts and then I tried to go underneath the sink and take off the mounting bolt with no success. The whole valve assembly would turn every time I tried to unscrew the mounting bolt so that's when I decided to look at Sabanski based on the previous reviews. Mark got back to me within a few hours and we set a time for him to come and check things out. I was worried that the whole sink would have to come off and boy what a a mess that would be so I was preparing for the worst. Today was the appointment and Mark showed up right when he said he would and he knew what to do. With some acrobatics he got both valve assemblies off and replaced them with the Kohler parts I had received (I had called Kohler before to tell them what was going on and to my disbelief all my parts were under warranty) . Mark was extremely professional and a great guy to talk to. I've already passed his name on to my colleague at work and will definitely call him again if any of my other sinks need the same repair!

He raised the temp and advised me that if that didn't help , most likely will need a new water heater in the near future.

Mark is a true professional with 30 years of plumbing experience. It really shows. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have had Mark do work for us. He is punctual, honest, of high character and has a very pleasant personality. I was not home when the water heater was installed, but everything went well and the results were great. I was home today when Mark installed the toilet and he did a very professional job. Hooray for SABANSKI PLUMBING & HEATING LLC!! Hire Mark for your next plumbing job...highly recommended!

It went well once he got here. I looked on Angie's list and got his name. I took pictures so that he would know what he was facing and emailed him. When he came out, he said the pictures were misleading because what looked like a copper line was brass and that affected the quote. What he said made sense.There was a delay in getting Mark to come out and it may have been my fault because he was expecting my email earlier than I sent it. Once I followed up, he responded promptly. If I could have given him an A- I would have because I'm not sure I wasn't part of the problem. The B is probably too low.I think the job he can't handle will be rare. For this part of CT he should get a gold star with platinum trim.

Hopefully Mark is understanding and again he was easy to deal with on the phone and was willing to fix the problem on the spot if he had to.

When I searched for a plumber on Angie's List, I wanted one in my area of Stamford, CT. Mark Sabanski's name came up and there were many excellent reviews. This is yet another! I left a message and he responded quickly.When he called, I told him what the problems were and he arrived an hour later with everything he needed to correct them.. He replaced one faucet that wouldn't shut off and another that was leaking. I showed him a third that was leaking. He said that the faucet was not defective and that it just needed new bushings. I also showed him the indoor basement valve that I had used to shut off the water because it too was leaking. He said that I didn't need a new one because a part had loosened and just needed to be tightened. He did so and the valve is functioning perfectly! Needless to say, I feel that Mark Sabanski is totally reliable, trustworthy and dependable.. He is most skilled at his trade and is very concerned about providing top service to his customers. I am confident that, should another plumbing problem arise, I know who to call to repair it.

I would say he was confident but expensive. I don’t think he is more expensive than any other plumber in this area, they charge more money to work.

We had a leaky toilet and needed a plumber to determine if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. Called and left a message in the afternoon. My call was returned in the early evening and he was able to come over first thing the next morning. Quickly diagnosed the problem as a leaky gasket for which he had a replacement in his truck. Had the entire job done in just about an hour. Even adjusted the toilet flush for us because he noticed it wasn't set properly as he was testing the repair.

I called. He returned call. He gave estimate. We set up appointment. He showed up on time. He was quite qick with the job. I paid him. He later sennt itemized bill. Mark was very professional, and I'd use him again in a heartbeat.
