Very well, thanks to RTK's meticulous work, focus on details and a thorough study provided me with the feedback so essential to what was resolved as a total successful remediation. I rarely recommend companies, etc. to avoid potential repercussions, but RTK is the best. They have helped me a few times now over the years under some complex situations and have always guided me in the correct direction securing my best interests.

The mold testing was done quickly. Everyone was professional. The report was thorough and specific. Made the job of remediation much more on target.

The work was good enough, and the report thorough, but -- For a small, 1600 sq-ft house, they did 7 mold samples, 3 tape lifts for pollen, one radon air test and a written report -- cost me $1600. A little homework after the fact made me realize it should've cost half that much. I was a newbie freaking out about mold and feel I was overcharged. Worse, they recco'd a remediation company that quoted me $30K to clean it all. Felt like they were tag teaming me. I found a green solution company that did it for 1/5th that much. Lesson is, do your homework before pulling the trigger.

The tester came in and was extremely friendly and helpful explaining what she needed to do and the reasons for it. The results were emailed in a timely manner.

I was feeling ill and wanted my home checked for mold and other airborne particles. The report showed I had mold in my basement along with airborne mold spores in my home.

Excellent. After so many incomplete and bad judgements and money spent made by other companies, we were fortunate to find RTK which was found by my daughter and son-in-law who live in New York City. Garrett, a great inspector, did an excellent job inspecting our home in the beginning for mold in a bedroom and spores in the rest of the house and recommended companies for the work. Tom, another excellent inspector from RTK assured us our home was free of mold when it was over. It was such a relief that we could live in our home again.

It went very well. Eventually this went to our insurer and they were happy with it as well.

The inspector went very in depth for all of the things he looked at. He was also very good at explaining it all to me. The only issue I had was I decided to do the extra water quality testing because the house is on a well. I was told that I would have the results in time for my negotiations however, the results ended up coming a few days later and I had to get a water negotiation extension. Thankfully everything came back good but it could have been difficult!

The Technician was in constant contact with us and was able to do the service earlier than originally scheduled. That worked out fine for us and he arrived promptly and quickly identified the area(s) that needed to be tested and possible remediation. He took samples for testing purposes and made recommendations based on his experience. (Turns out....he was correct....) We received the results by the following week. The only downside was....we were told that the Angie's List coupon for 10% off the service was not eligible. That's why we gave them a "B" for pricing. We felt that it was a fair price but nothing special.

I liked that they are an unbiased lab separate from remediation/abatement. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and professional - took the time to answer all of my questions. The sample collector was prompt and thorough. samples collected on Friday and received results the following Thursday. Would use again - highly recommend.

It went very well. The representative was pleasant, took time to carefully explain his findings and answer all questions. It was clear that he took his time and there was no sense that he was worried about his next appointment. It was a very positive experience and I would again use the company .
