+ 1 moreThe Rozmus Plumbing & Heating technician came to the house and charged $210 to diagnose the unit, but did not repair it and claimed an electrician was required. We subsequently brought in an electrician from a separate company, ultimately the problem was a simple blown fuse which the electrician replaced. Rozmus Plumbing & Heating should have been able to check the unit's fuses and replace the fuse within minutes; instead they sent us on a false chase by wrongfully diagnosing, and we were without hot water for several additional days unnecessarily. Both my electrician and myself called Bob Rozmus (owner of Rozmus Plumbing & Heating) multiple times to ask for a refund but we were given the runaround for 6+ months. I would not recommend using the services of Rozmus Plumbing & Heating.
Description of Work: My water heater stopped working, Rozmus Plumbing & Heating claims to be certified in fixing this unit, they were brought in to repair, charged us $210 for no repair and an incorrect diagnosis of the problem.

+ -1 moreWorst provider of service to my house of any contractor I have ever used. No follow through other than a prompt bill. Multiple trips to fix the problem. Impossible to get Bob on the phone to talk about what is going on. Still haven't fixed the problem. Unbelievable that they can stay in business with the quality of service. On the positive, the guys that come to the house are very polite and friendly.
Description of Work: Rozmus was asked to fix a gas flow issue.

Description of Work: We wanted someone to check out some natural gas installations in a house that had been dormant for a while before we moved in. Called several plumbers and Rozmus was able to come out the next business day and their prices were comparable to others I spoke to. Cory arrived on time and was professional and personable. He took the time to check everything and show us how everything worked. Would be happy to use them again.

+ -1 moreThey are always reliable and professional. Plumbers in general are really expensive so that is hard but Rozmus has always been reliable and competent. They know what they are doing, they are on time, and they are quick in getting the job done.
Description of Work: I have used Rozmus several times over the years for garbage disposal installation and repair and for a clogged drain and a clogged toilet.
