Thought it went well. They seemed to know what they were doing. The outcome was what we wanted.

Office was very professional when setting up appointment. Service man was on time, professional and completed job efficiently. Would use again for next plumbing issue.

The guys were great. Arrived on time and were friendly. Did the job in the time they said it would take. they were very helpful with any questions i asked as well.

Arrived within promised time period. Told me on the phone before coming exactly how pricing worked.

Called for service , arrived on time. Performed the maintenance check and flush. Cleaned the boiler tank valve. Took abt 45-50 minutes.

My appointments were set up well in advance because I was trying to coordinate the flooring people and plumbing. Ralph Russo showed up right on time for both appointments and did a terrific job. The toilet was replaced beautifully with no damage to the new floors. And the serviceman unstuck a very clogged bathroom drain so that it now performs wonderfully.

Had to replace water circulator in my boiler. System was drain to let air out. All was done quickly and professionally. Would definitely use them again.

Frank Russo responded to my email immediately by both emailing and calling me. We set up a time for a plumber to visit within 1 week of our first conversation. His plumber was able to fix the problem and a few other minor issues that the tenant was experiencing with other bathrooms in the home. My experience with everyone was that they were highly professional, punctual, and effective in resolving all issues.

Friendly and courteous unable to do job because of distance.

Called them, was put on hold after a minute of our conversation and then cut-off. Sent them an email asking if I can email them the issues I was having. I got a reply at the end of the day asking me to go ahead and send them an email. I sent them an email and never heard from them again. I guess I should have followed up with them with another phone call.

All the work was completed to my satisfaction. I found everyone to be professional and pleasant. Unfortunately, we had an invoice dispute that remains unresolved after more than 30 days so now they may begin assessing a 1.5% finance charge. I have made multiple attempts at resolving the matter but our original agreement was not implemented and my follow-up call not returned. I was charged multiple trip charges for the same job because Russo did not have the part. Initially, I was told a trip charge would not apply since they just completed the first job referenced above. Thereafter, one visit was labeled as an hour when they were only at my house for 30 minutes, plus, the 5% coupon discount offered for first-time Angies List customers was never applied. Again, I thought we reached an agreement about the charges but the invoice mailed did not reflect any changes. All-up, the charges are more than $650 to repair a shower faucet. I do not find that reasonable when the part only contributed ~$85 to the total.

They were great! Very professional and courteous. Pricing was very reasonable for what they needed to do. Their plumber Dave walked me thru all of the steps along the way and showed me the source of the leak once found. I was very pleased by their services and will not only use them again if needed but would gladly recommend them to friends looking for plumbing services.

He replied promptly. He ordered the right part before he came. He came on time. Did a great job.

Ralph D.Russo Plumbing was excellent! I called on a Saturday to schedule an appointment to replace my garbage disposal. It was not an emergency but the followoing Monday morning at 8:30am I received a call from the Company and I was scheduled for the following Monday morning at 8:30am. The scheduler was very nice and began the process in a positive manner. I am sorry I did not get his name. That Monday Scott and his assistant Dave showed up at my door at 8:26AM. They were courteous, friendly, and throughout the process of replacing the garbage disposal they worked very efficiently. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of these two workers. How refreshing!! These two gentlemen not only knew what they were doing but understood the concept of customer service. It is because of Scott and his assistant DaveI will be calling this company again.

When my neighbors told me my toilet was leaking into their apartment below I wanted to take action. The first company I called never called me back. When I called Russo Pluming they were very responsive and able to get me an appointment right away. They confirmed my appointment the day of and were very prompt. They walked me trough why the toilet was leaking and how they were going to fix it, putting me very much at ease. I would definitely use Russo Pluming in the future should a need arise.

When I got the estimate, I was told that if I drained my expansion tank myself before they arrived for service, it would take less time and cost less money. That was a great tip! The plumber did a wonderful job, quick and neat, and removed my old tank for me too.

I would highly recommned Russo Plumbing. They deserve their stellar Angies List reputation. Trip fee and labor costs were reasonable. They did not have the part required but did not charge me for time needed to pick it up. Thorough and professional. A pleasure working with a family run business that has pride in their work and treats customers properly.

The service was prompt and professional. I will use Russo plumbing again and will continue to recommend them as long as the service provided continues to be excellent.

This company did not want to give me an estimate, not over the phone or in person. They wanted to charge $65.00 to show up and then charge me hourly for the work. They did not specified on how long ?roughly? the work could take, so in other words it could have taken hours or days. Everyone gives and requests estimates before agreeing to a project. Reading into his profile he does have plenty of negative feedback for different reasons. Not sure why he is an A.

Two guys came to fix my problems. One connected my gas stove while the other fixed the annoying leaky faucet handles. They each completed the work excellently within a reasonable amount of time. I was happy to finally be able to use my new stove, and not have those faucet handles leak water whenever I turned on the hot and cold water handles. The price was a little higher than I expected as there was a separate amount for each guy's work on top of the travel fee. But in the end, they got the work done which was important to me. Some of the other local plumbers I called, I had to leave a message and I never received a call back. Ralph Russo has someone answering the phone and I was able to schedule the appointment.

He did a quite a lot of work and he did a wonderful job. We used another plumber that could not fix the leak, it leaked again, so we called Ralph Russo and he was fantastic. He was really good and he was a very nice person too. He was so much better than the old plumbers we had used. It wasn’t cheap and it wasn’t excessive either, he did not over charge and we were so happy to pay him because he did such a nice job. The price was fair. We had absolutely no problems after the work was done. He came right out and was very punctual. He was very polite and a really nice guy to work with.

Overall the job of replacing the faucet was fine. At the time I asked about other work which needed to be done in the bathroom and was informed that I would receive a quote, which never came. If you are running a business, your customer service should be better - your customers should not have to chase you.

They sent 2 guys, a senior and junior plumber. They spent 1 hr (2 billable hours) trying to fix the leak and were not successful. They didn't really know what was wrong, I.e why it wouldn't stop leaking. I saw they were trying numerous way to connect all the pieces, so certainly it was not from a lack of trying rather they didn't have the expertise. The senior plumber mentioned he has 20 years experience and had worked a a number of these units in the past. They basically told me to call the manufacturer of the pump and buy a new 90 degree pipe. They also told me to replace the pipe I would need to cut into the wall to remove the old pipe and replace which would have been a substantial job. The actually bill would have been closer to $300, however, they gave me a 50% discount as they were not able to fix the problem. I must say the guys were very nice and I had no issues with them, it was rather I paid for something that resolved nothing. I called another plumber and told him the problem over the phone, he came out on 4/2 and fix the leak in under 30 minutes by himself and charged me $130. This was less than the $145 I got charged from Ralph D Russo Plumbing and they didn't fix the problem.

Called 4 plumbers for estimates. Two never bothered to call me back. One called the following day with a price that was $300 more than Russo so I went with Russo. Was very happy with them. There is always someone in the office to answer the phone so I didn't have to wait around for days wondering if I would get a return call. They came at the appointed date and time. The 2 plumbers that came were very pleasant and cleaned up afterwords. Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues and would not hesitate to refer them to others.

I phoned them just before noon after I discovered that my hot water heater had burst. Although I had never used their services before, they took my info and quickly returned my call with availability and price. They arrived at my home with a new hot water heater around 2:30 and all work was completed by 5:30. The plumber I had been using was not available yesterday. The good news is that because of Angie's List, I have found a new plumber!!!
