Description of Work: Replaced an electric hot water heater that failed and caused water damage. They were able to be available in short notice and performed the work as estimated. They left the job site clean and in better condition than when they arrived. I've used them before and have always been happy with the quality of work.

Description of Work: I was impressed with the responsiveness right after the first contact. We contacted them 4/30, they came out, gave an estimate, and the installation was 5/5. No surprises with the price. I would use them again in a second.

Description of Work: Frank Russo came to our house to prepare an estimate of work requested - removal and replacement of several tubs and sinks but never finalized the estimate. I followed up twice - got a very busy response - but never ever received a completed estimate. We had used this company in the past and were pleased but would not call them again. If they were too busy to do this job, or it was too small a job ......just say so .

Description of Work: Replaced gasket in tub overflow and replaced nonfunctioning cartridge in a Pfizer shower valve. Plumber supplied gasket and I supplied the Pfizer cartridge. Neat, punctual, friendly.

Description of Work: First visit was good. Young man came - shut off water - washing machine leak charged $65!and said mr Russo would be back to give me an estimate. Mr. Russo came as scheduled, said it was a job involving cutting pipes etc. and he'd call me later with a price. He never Did. Even after I called again to remind and request, he didn't call back. I had to call another plumber who came by and fixed everything in an hour. No pipe cutting, charged me $100. If Russo plumbing is too busy to service clients they should not be so highly rated on Angie's list, which is where I found them.

Description of Work: Scott stopped by right on time. Had some pump issues in two toilets. Did the work, made a couple of suggestions and he was in and out of here within the hour. Will definitely use Russo Plumbing and Heating again.

Description of Work: The pilot light on my hot water heater wouldn't stay lit. I called after 5pm and they had someone at my house before 10 am the next day and fixed the problem on the spot.

Description of Work: We've used Russo twice in the past few weeks; once an "emergency" visit to stop a leak in our basement and a follow-up to replace several additional, troublesome, pipes. On both occasions they performed to the highest level of professionalism and provided quality work at an acceptable price. I endorse them without any hesitation and intend to use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Called due to a leak in hot water heater, before they came out gave me a solution to try and it worked saving me a time and half call. I am going to use the company to replace my existing hot water heaters. Very impressed with fact they cared more about helping me with a problem then a service call. Good people.
