There was no issue with the work. the pool heater was properly installed and the pool was pretty clean. (though I think our new service does a better job. However, they were nearly impossible to communicate with. We used them because they had maintained the pool for the previous owners for years. Unfortunately, the customer service was awful. On numerous occasions, multiple phone calls and e-mails went unanswered when we had issues with the pool or questions. The owner apologized and said it was because they were busy. Since the pool business is by definition, seasonal, you need to have the appropriate staffing to support your customers *in the summer*. It was extremely frustrating. The following year (2012), I thought about giving them another chance and contacted Pete (again, voicemail and e-mail) about getting a contract for the summer. I actually contacted him to try to hire them again and he never returned the call. So I gave up and went with a different company and have been very happy.

He did a really good job. It was a huge job. He got it done very quickly. It looks beautiful. He re-tiled the edge. He found a tile that looks like granite and it matches the granite coping on my pool. It's a very expensive pool, but it is old. He also made it safer in the process. He found me some new equipment and he happened to offer us a second hand pool heater, which was great. We didn't care and we will use it. He is a good guy and does a lot of volunteer work in the community. He is extremely generous with his time. I would recommend him. He is really well known in the community.

THEY WERE VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH. SOME OF WHAT COULD BE CONSIDERED LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS WAS ACTUALLY BECAUSE THE COMPANY WHO SUPPLIED THE MATERIALS WAS AT FAULT. THEY ARE A SMALL FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
