I had gone to several plumbing supply stores & showrooms looking for a three panel sliding glass shower/tub enclosure without success. In desperation I went to the internet and was able to find 1 manufacturer in Canada who made this product - but no information of where to see or buy it locally. I contacted the manufacturer who sent me to the distributor who put me in touch with the area sales rep who gave me the name and number of Pacific Plumbing in Norwalk. But the frustration did not end there since my saleswoman Karen was not familiar with the product. She was tenacious! After many phone calls while I sat at her desk she was able to get the information we needed in order to place our order. Karen was so effective that it overcame my reluctance to buy this item sight unseen. The doors came in when anticipated , look better than I had hoped and really provided the perfect finishing touch to our remodeled guest bathroom. Not only that - they delivered the doors to my door!

I bought bathroom fixtures and a sink from them. That was the second bathroom sink I got but it was for a different bathroom. The company seems to have high quality material. I compared the quality of their materials to the ones of another company and I found Pacific Plumbing to be better. The only contact I had with the staff was in the sales room. They were nice and helpful. They paid attention to me and showed me different materials for my need. They delivered the items on time.
