Their diagnosis was to replace the cooling fan cover assembly. I said I had already replaced everything in the cover assembly individually. The technician replied that they do the whole thing at once. Their estimate was grossly high ($442 for a $120 of parts and 15 min of labor), but I trusted their diagnosis, and paid them the diagnostic fee ($143) and and did their recommended repair of the whole cover myself. In the end, their diagnosis was wrong and they won't come back to look at the fridge again or refund the diagnostic charge. The technician was friendly and the owner did have the curtesy to return my call and explain that their exorbitant labor fee covers their guarantee and that unless you pay that, they don't stand behind their diagnosis.
Description of Work: Fridge was not cooling fully. Could hear that main cooling fan was not coming on and fridge wouldn't get below 44 degrees.

Awful . when I called to schedule service Jim told me he could come in 3 WEEKS to service!!!! He said if I wanted to pay he could come tomorrow! Why would Mr Appliance take LG Warranty repairs if they clearly do NOT want to service them??? Very disappointed and would never use such a service. Look elsewhere how rude.

Description of Work: We asked Mr Appliance to come back to our home because the dryer they had fixed last summer didn't seem to be working. | |They came promptly and were very polite. The dryer was working as fixed but had just had too big a load. They did not charge for the service call.

Description of Work: They were supposed to make a service call for my dishwasher that was under an extended warranty. I spoke to them twice and was told they never got paperwork from the warranty company. The warranty company said they emailed everything to mr appliance twice and confirmed the email address. Mr appliance didn't seem interested in making the service call so they just ignored the service request. They could at least have told me or the warranty company they didn't want the job rather than leave me hanging not knowing what was going on. I would use them in the future if I had to because they have a good reputation but they would have to assure me that they will be courteous and prompt about arriving. I've wasted enough time already waiting for them.
