Description of Work: I would highly recommend Manuel to anyone looking for punctual, responsive, thorough service. He was quick to reply to emails and/or phone calls and did a great job on the lawn. We just recently purchased a home where the backyard had been totally neglected for years -- weeds had grown into full-sized trees! We hired Manuel to remove all saplings & weeds, clear the backyard, and reseed. A few weeks later, and there's already some new grass growing in our backyard. We, of course, realize that we'll have to reseed again in the spring, but for now, we couldn't be happier. The price was right, too -- Manuel was several thousand dollars cheaper than the two other quotes we were given, in large part because he doesn't have to subcontract out his services. He's got the chipper, the backhoe, the dump truck, etc. all at his disposal. Excellent find, thanks in large part to Angie's List!

+ 0 moreManuel Pinho is very knowledgeable and provides great advice and guidence in regards to choosing plants and trees and designing landscapes. How ever, he never succeeded in preventing our lawn from dying every year, despite all the money we spent on reseeding and fertilizing provided by him. Also, his lawn crew will choose the easy way of blowing leaves across flower beds instead of hauling them around. This means mulching from scratch every year instead of just adding a little.For bigger and more complicated jobs, I would highly recommend going with Manuel Pinho. For lawn service and smaller projects I will go with someone else.
Description of Work: We have been using Manuel Pinho's Landscaping for the last 4-5 years for various jobs including removal of a stone wall, tree services , landscaping and lawn service.

+ -1 moreCame every week although I asked him to come every other week during the summer and fall. Billed 50% higher than his initial estimates. Did a good job cleaning up after hurricaine.
Description of Work: Lawn maintenance over the year: mowing, fertilizing, spring and fall clean-up, tree removal after hurricaine.

+ 0 moreThey are pretty good overall. They do a great job with the landscaping but they are a little pricey. The office staff is normally pretty responsive to your calls. They are always on time and professional. I have no complaints about there work and will continue to use this company.
Description of Work: The cut are grass every couple of weeks and do our fall/spring clean ups.

+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS GOOD. THEY ARRIVE EARLY AND THE PATHWAYS ARE ALWAYS DONE WELL. THERE IS NEVER A PROBLEM WITH ICE OR SNOW BEING IN THE WAY.
Description of Work: THE WORK THAT IS PERFORMED IS SNOW REMOVAL IN A CONDOMINIUM. THE DRIVEWAY AND EVERY PATHWAY IS DONE.
