Our water heater sprung a leak. Schede responded promptly and recommended replacement. Installation of a new unit was done next day efficiently and to my satisfaction. Pricing was competitive.

Our well pump broke and started leaking all over the basement. This happened in the midst of a houseguest visiting and the day after an emergency trip to the hospital. I called Lou at 7AM and he had 2 technicians here by 8...and the old pump was removed, new pump installed before noon. The 2 techs who came were courteous and professional. Lou was very understanding of my frazzled state of mind. I'm never overjoyed with the cost of things, but I've learned too many times that you get what you pay for...so while I wish it cost less... it was an excellent customer experience and my husband who was released from the hospital today said it the work was well done

Replaced an old 5 ton central A/C compressor unit, leveled the outside concrete base, changed the coolant lines, replaced the evaporator coil unit, refitted the unit with new sheet metal work, reworked two zone sections with wireless dampers and new sheet metal work. All work done professionally and on time (two days.) Better price than two other quotes. Would recommend highly.

Showed up on time. Performed the work quickly. Called them to fix a clogged condensation drain pipe on my central A/C attic unit. Had to be replaced due to age (15 yrs). Parts and labor $245 . Great price.

Great company. Showed up on time and did a fantastic job of replacing my 40 year old boiler and 12 year old water heater with a new and much smaller single source system.

They were prompt, fast and reasonably priced.

Lou responded to my inquiry immediately. He inspected my old system, pointed out the problems and discussed options. We decided to replace the old system with a Navien combo tankless system. He sent me a quote the next day. We scheduled the work, his crew arrived on time and the job was completed to our satisfaction. We have been using the system for several weeks and we love it. By the way, we did get a second quote for the exact same system. It was more than twice the amount.

Lou Schede replied to my initial Home Advisor query almost immediately. He schedule the visit to quote replacing our 14 year old central AC which had died. Came promptly the same day, received his email quote that afternoon. I had contacted 4 vendors, he and another responded, but he was the only one to be prompt with the quote and when I accepted his quote the next day was able to schedule the work the next business day. Guys, Dave & Dave, showed up on time, behaved like pros, got right to work and really hustled. You never know if the guys who will actually do the work are as professional as the boss doing the sales call, but Dave & Dave were on task, no nonsense. No long breaks, no disappearing, not a lot of excess gabbing about sports, women, etc. They were all hustle. They put down floor covering, let me know when they were taking a lunch break (and were back in less than 1/2 hr). They were polite, careful with our property (inside & outside), cleaned up both days, and left me with a cool house. Dave #1 gave me his own phone number and said I could call anytime if there was a problem. Schede wasn't the cheapest but they were the most responsive, and most professional and I would definitely use them again for any plumbing/heating or AC (let's hope were good with that for a long time!) issue.

Schede provided a fair price to remove a 30 year old boiler and install a high efficiency cold start system including all new circulators and valves and venting and copper lines. Guys were neat and respectful of my home and property.
