Lou is great, straight forward, made logical recommendations to replace an entire HEVAC heat pump system and was responsive. His crew was also great and worked with our flexible needs (remodel job with 7 different sub-contractors). His price wasn't the cheapest, but Schede is a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend them.

Quick and efficient service with helpful and courteous engineers

Lou and his team did a great job with the project, and did it for a reasonable price. Mike, the actual plumber on the ground, communicated well and did quality work. Minor problematic conversations with the office personnel, but Lou responded appropriately. Communication reference advance planning for next activity on the job could be better, but that wasn’t a showstopper. Overall, great job.

Exorbitant fees and 60% up-charge on parts that I could get elsewhere.

They responded to my request quickly. The work was done well and was exactly what I wanted. It was very easy to set up a time to have my hot water heater replaced. The man who came to do the work arrived on time and was very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Extremely unreliable. Came to job site, took a water tank “to replace” and then nothing. I mean nothing. Did not respond to multiple phone calls, emails, nothing. Just abandoned the job and we were left with an water fillteration system that was totally inoperable. He was originally called in to improve our system and he left with our water tank and we have a system that didn’t work at all. Very upsetting!

They came out very quickly, were priced fair, and they were very polite and professional.

Had the experience and know-how to replace our 500 foot deep well pump and line in an afternoon.

Timing is everything. Just got off the phone with Mr. Schede. I called to tell him how pleased I was with every aspect of my engagement with them from the promptness of their initial response to my request to the professionalism with which they treated me on the phone to the speed of their actually arrival at my house (within an hour of 1st contact) to the professionalism with with they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Really well done. Will use them on a regular basis and strongly recommend them to others.

They did a good job, but as with any major job you have contracted in you home, you have to double check and make sure its done as requested. I found one mistake and it was quickly corrected. I would hire them again but ironically when I reached out twice for another project, i received no response. Wonder what that is about.

Our hot water heater went at 10 pm on a Friday night. Beside HomeAdvisor, I broke out the Yellow Pages and called a lot of listings. Through those the earliest anyone could come was Monday which meant no water use all weekend. At 7:30 Schede called and by 11:30 we had a new water heater. Very professional and nice. Will definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future. Yes, paid more to have it installed on a Saturday but it was still less than having to get a hotel room for the weekend.
