Louis went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with his company's work.

Louis was great. Period. Had a new water main put in and it went incredible smooth. Steve knew his stuff and did a clean and professional job. Everyone made a stressful situation better. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Very Professional and informative regarding the installation of Central Air and Furnace. Always able to reach company regarding any questions or concerns.

The guys quickly found the issue and recommeded 2 solutions. It would have been nice if they came out the same day I called but there was a heat wave!

Work appeared to be complete but had an oil leak in the line. I called at 9am in the morning to report oil dripping on my floor. The main office told me someone would call me. I called back at 4pm that same day and said to me "what he did not call you back?". "I'll get someone to call you back". At about 6 they called back, I told them the problem and they refused to come out that evening while I was home. They told me someone would be out tomorrow, leave your house unlocked so they could get in. I insisted they come out I did not have a vaca day, they refused. I reluctantly left my house unlocked for people I don't know to fix the oil leak

The serviceman arrived less than one hour after my call, and the work was well done.

Customer service is good, but it cost $3k for a repair that should have been in the hundreds of dollars not thousands. They send junior guys, but you get charged for senior guys at maximum rates.

The owner called me within minutes and was very courteous. I was not impressed with the plumber who did the work. He did a great job in the end,was very polite, but he was very disorganized and scattered. It took hours to finish, and the labor cost alone was over $500. It seemed like a lot for the type of work involved.

I was impressed by the company and how they assisted in managing the details of the work.

Schede Plumbing sent their plumber, Nick Penna, to do the various repairs some of them difficult to do the job at my house. Nick Penna is an outstanding plumber! Thanks for sending him. Only complaint has to do with the first appointment being a no show, with no phone call from the Schede office. I waited all the afternoon of Nov, 10th '11 no plumber came and no one from the office called. I finally called the office in the late afternoon and was told they would send a plumber first thing the next day. Which they did and we appreciated Nick Penna who is a fine plumber......Diana D.........Stamford, CT.
