Work was really impressive and professionally done. Boiler died in the weekend. I was scrambling for it to be replaced. I was without heat and hot water. I called Louis on Sunday, he showed up within two hours and gave me the right price on the spot. I could not imagine when he said, we will start the work from Monday because of your situation. I had contacted other contractors and they could only start the work from Wednesday and would not give the price for the job until Monday. I could not have ask for more. Thanks a lot Louis.

Actually we didn't have the hot water heater replaced yet. We had a waste storage unit in the basement repaired. The technician did a good job but did not replace a corroded cover for the unit which has holes in it that will result in odors being released. Also their prices seem a bit high.

I had no knowledge how the shower was to be fixed, they did find problems in the pipe and replaced it also made sure it fixed the problem.

The workers cleaned up after themselves very well and they were repectful and professional.

Lou Schede was quick to respond to 2 emergencies and a 3rd general repair -- allowing my elderly mom to continue to live comfortably in her home without interruption. The work performed was highly professional by he and his staff, and fairly priced. I highly recommend Schede Plumbing and Heating.

Water pipe that led from oil furnace to radiator was leaking, Pipe was under tiles and in concrete foundation. This was known before work started. Sent two people ( one under training) and charged for both persons. The plumber had to go out twice to get tools ( Jackhammer and blow torch).Charged for the time he was away and trainee was idle. charged rental of Jackhammer ! So about half the time was idle time. Also charged to come out ! Not good value for money

We were going to do a new oil burner but instead after consulting with Lou Schede we decided to do a conversion to gas for the house and get a new gas boiler. Schede Plumbing lead us through the whole process and they were excellent from beginning to end.

The job required checking if A/C unit and heating system were in good condition. They found everything in order. We shall see if their diagnosis is accurate.
