Paid $125 for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with the sump pump. They are plumbers claim not to know to dry out a basement.

Mutual miscommunication delayed orginal service and problems were not fixed on the spot - needed rescheduling. The service when performed was courteous and effiicent .

My repair job was small. A simple valve replacement. It took a few days to get on their calendar, but that's to be expected w/ small 'non-emergency' repairs in this area. The plumber who came was very professional, quick, and on-time for the appointment. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors in Stamford.

Although I am not pleased with the cement blocks he utilized to lift up my new water heater to the proper height (Frankly, I believe a stand should have been used instead of the cheap blocks)... I am extremely pleased with the professional installer and Lou (the owner of Schede). The price was reasonable and when it comes to caring for the customer... they were terrific. Our gas furnance had to be shut off in order to install the new water heater and the owner zoomed over within minutes to see if he could re-ignite it. I highly recommend this professional group. The estimator called first thing in the morning and was at my house in 30 minutes. The plumber was there sooner than expected and replaced the mixing valve quickly.
