EXCELLENT. Totally professional.

It went very well. I had 3 estimates - and HomeGuard was the middle one cost-wise. The estimator, Francisco, was very professional and answered my questions promptly with very helpful answers, my phone calls to the office were handled promptly and professionally by Oscar and Rasheda. The work crew came, did their work and left with everything clean and intact (but the tiles gone). Christian and Marvin were very helpful in explaining the process, calling the office to arrange an earlier inspection before they cleaned out their equipment. My only complaint is trying to find their office to drop off the contract. They are located in an industrial area with an unmarked entrance that enters into a long, narrow, dimly lit corridor that was a bit scary. It would have been more reassuring if they had a sign boldly identifying them and signage inside the building. I had to phone them from the parking lot to get directions into the building.

They were great from initial contact. They were quick to respond to my initial questions and came out quickly to provide a free quote. They were responsive along the way. They reorganized their schedule so we could have the project completed sooner. Its obviously expensive to have this stuff removed, but there is a lot that goes into doing it properly according to the law, so overall, I'm happy. We haven't noticed any damage to the house or anything unexpected. They showed up on time and their team lead walked me through what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. I then left them to it, and came back when it was all done. Paid online with a credit card. As good of an experience as you can have given that we're talking about asbestos.

The day of the appointment the team showed up the foreperson introduced himself and scoped out the work area. He and his team then started sealing off the area where the floor was to be removed. I vacated the house at that point and left them a key to the house so they could lock up and regain entry should a second day be required. They actually finished the job in ONE day. When I came home I was shocked at how well they had gotten down to the concrete and how clean the overall area was left. I would recommend this company for asbestos removal. I HOPE I don't have to use their mold or flood services but if I do I would definitely give these guys the first call.

The project went very well. They showed up a little bit later than stated on the first day (about 30 mins late), but they completed the project a couple days earlier than initially projected (3 days actual versus 1 week projected). The workers were very courteous and professional. They took the time to explain things and worked diligently to get the job done. Although I felt the project was a little bit expensive, it did include removal and disposal of the boiler (which was a gigantic cast-iron boiler about 65 years old), which I would otherwise have had to pay someone else to do. I would use them again.

Came to the house quickly. They worked very neatly and brought all of the protective materials with them. Worked very fast and neat.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF HOMEGUARD ENVIRONMENTAL. THEY WERE NEAT AND EFFICIENT IN PERFORMING ASBESTOS REMOVAL. THEY WERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE.
