Description of Work: We gave up on Bob. We were looking to have our property staked & mapped before installing a fence this fall. He came highly recommended and was responsive at first, but then completely dropped off the face of the planet. We sent several emails and left several voicemails over the course of a month (seriously -- a month!! We had already booked our fencing company and were literally just waiting for Bob to come out and survey) before finally giving up and going with a slightly more expensive surveyor. Bob seemed great, was more affordable than several other surveyors we had been in touch with, and clearly knew what he was doing...but we felt pretty slighted when he eventually just stopped returning our calls. Not worth the risk. Just spend the extra $200-500 and get someone who will get the job done!
