Very professional, the gutters look and work great!

They came when they were scheduled and did a thorough job. They set up a routine schedule for cleaning gutters. They always call ahead for their schedule.

Gutter Guys LLC is our regular gutter cleaner and they come in four times a year for cleaning. They are very good. Their service is good.

They never bothered to return my call or follow up on my online message. So I went with someone else.

I couldn't be happier with the service. From the customer service over the phone to the actual cleaning and repair, this company was professional, punctional and responsive. The price was very fair compared to competitors. The cleaning and repair took no time at all!

They do an excellent job. They call about a week before they come (we are on the twice a year plan). They clean up all the leaves before they leave and the gutters are spotless.

Great experience with these guys, will definitely use them again next fall.

Called in winter to clean gutters but due to heavy snowfall could only come out once snow melted. Did a good job. Came out on time. Reasonably priced.

After the major snow and ice storms of the winter the gutter at the North side of the house collapsed. Once the snow had mostly melted we found Gutter Guys through Angie's List. They came out and performed a quick, verbal quote, and then replaced the fallen gutter and downspout on the same day. Two weeks later the invoice arrived for the work, and there was discrepancy. After talking with the owner a financial arrangement was agreed upon. Overall the work and response was amazing. Any future work will require a written estimate before any job is started.

The company insists the homeowner be present to evaluate the job, which I thought would mean a high-pressure sell. Absolutely not. The guys were professional and helpful; they pointed out areas at risk and areas that could be left alone. They also cleaned the four foot pile of ice that blocked my front entrance when they were done. I highly recommend them.

They were quick with the estimate. They were very good about the work and did a great job cleaning the gutters. I called 3 times about getting the gutters covered and they have never returned my call. I would recommend them for gutter cleaning but not for gutter cover installation. They did not follow through with that. The price was good but their responsiveness was unsatisfactory. I would possibly use them again.

Things went well. Happy with his honesty and the work they did. They were recommended by a friend and had Fair reviews on Angie's List.

I signed up with them by filling a form out and telling them how many times a year you want them to come out. They made it really easy for me because they just come the amount of times I told them to a year, and I don't have to be there.

Called them around the end of November. Said they were going to come and do the gutters within the next 2 days. Did not show up. Called on the 3rd day, they said they are coming today. Did not come. Called at the end of the week, they said next week. Finally, after two weeks called and talked to the manager. Got a whole story about how they came and everything was frozen (not true, they never came), how it's all because of the weather (also not true, as the weather had been good until the last couple of days) and how they have been doing this for 20 years and have lots of customers. Not only did he not apologize, but also implied that I had unrealistic expectations (I expected a company that did not mislead its customers) and essentially told me this is how it is and if you don't like it, take your business elsewhere. So I did. 2 days later, my gutters are clean.

I called for an estimate and they had a representative at my house the next day. He found a closed valve in a downspout that was causing part of my problem. The other 2 companies who had inspected the situation hadn't pointed this out and said that the gutters and downspouts on that whole wing of the house had to be replaced (at considerable cost.). Either they didn't know there could be a valve in the downspout and to check it, or they were just trying to run up a large unnecessary bill. Either they were incompetent or dishonest. Not good either way. I explained to the customer service person at Gutter Guys that since my house was on the market, I needed the job done quickly. The clogged gutters had started to cause some seepage in my basement and the weather forecast was for torrential rain in 3 days. They were able to schedule the work in 2 days and did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and their prices were very fair. They were honest and prompt.

They were fantastic. I like that it was easy; you just call the number, they just show up when they say they will, and do the work. They were reliable and the price was good. I didn?t even meet them because I wasn?t home when they came but they were professional and courteous on the phone. They were hassle-free, inexpensive, and reliable.

I am on one of their recurring gutter cleaing plans. We live in a heavily wooded area so they clean 4 times a year. They call you a week or two in advance to let you know they will be doing a cleaning, they come out and the gutters are clean. You don't even know they've been there, except for the clean gutters. Its really very easy and I've been very happy with them.

I thought the price was very high. They have been cleaning my gutters for years but price went way up when I did an addition. They do reliably come though.

It went beautifully! I called the company, and they were able to provide same day service. The gentleman they sent was professional, courteous, and neat. I also consulted with him on another job to be performed in the future, so the company is sending me an estimate shortly. I will gladly use them again-especially since we clean our gutters 3 times a year.

They were much slower than others in giving me a formal proposal - I actually had to call and remind them. I eventually selected them based on their price and based on my conversations they certainly seemed as if they could be trusted. They did not come when they said they would come, though in the whole scheme of things it wasn't that big a deal, it was just that they set the wrong expectations which always gives me pause. I'm sure they did a fine job (though I didn't go up on the ladder to check). Unfortunately they disconnected some of my cable TV wires and I had to get Cablevision come out and repair them. Quite a hassle. It just strikes me that they weren't very careful, so I'm not sure I would use them again.

I was not at home when they performed the work, but it appears they did a thorough job. I had used them several times in the past and have always been pleased. They have my gutter cleaning business!

Gutter Guys answered the phone on the first call! .....unlike the four other gutter service providers I called in Westport who never returned voice messages. Gutter Guys committed to a visit 24 hours later and kept their commitment phoning me just prior to arrival. They were very efficient in resolving the plugged gutter leaders. They also recommended the installation of stainless strainers that would also prevent the problem from recurring. I highly recommend them.

They were very good. I will grade them high on all except for price and responsiveness.

They came out quickly. The seemed to do a good job. Their price was a little high, but they ended up matching my lower bid.

Everything done as hoped. Good job.
