In and out quick and clean. Gutters looked great and they have performed well. One very minor issue with the direction of the discharge on one of the downspouts. It was a quick, simple fix..................... but it took 4 months for them to respond to numerous emails and phone messages. The workman did a great job, unfortunately the back office failed with their lack of response. They took 2 1/2 months to bill me the balance due (50% of the total). Then they tacked a late fee on the bill since it was past 60 days....... however, the first statement didn't come until 75 days! I tried again to reach them about the minor issue, no response, and no payment from me either. Finally after 4 months, I got a "Paid" statement from them. I had paid the deposit on a credit card, and they then charged the balance to the same card, with no authorization from me. This time when I called and emailed, I told them if I did not hear back, I was going to dispute the charge with my Credit Card company as unauthorized. Heard back from them the next day and the minor issue was fixed the following morning. I did not dispute the charge, and they did not hit me with any late fees. I was happy to pay them what they were due, but sucks that it took so long for them to respond. To recap, I am very pleased with the gutters, and the installation went smooth. The back office bungled things a bit.

Gutter Guys were very efficient at scheduling my appointment. I was informed over the phone that the cost of cleaning would be between $90 and $180. I also received a call a day or so before the work was carried out to tell me when they were coming. They arrived on time. The work was okay, but they left a fair bit of mess on the ground. The charge was $180. I had already cleaned the low gutters (about a third of the job), but they said they would inspect the condition of the gutters, so it would save me no money that those ones had been cleaned. In addition, I asked for a quote for a small repair where a low gutter was holding water because it wasn't angled towards the downward drain pipe. I was told that the "position" of the gutter relative to the house was incorrect, which sounds like a grand way of explaining what I had already described to them what I thought the problem was. That was going to be $75 to rectify. I declined the additional work, got a ladder out of the garage, bent a couple of brackets (using no tools) and fixed it myself. It took me 5 minutes. Their work WAS acceptable and I liked the way they efficiently set up the appointment. But I was a little disappointed overall. You can probably get that level of service from anywhere halfway reputable.

Wonderful experience -- concerned, professional, great results.

Overall they did a good job. Cleaned the gutters as expected though it was a bit more than quoted (and advertised price) as "house was bigger than usual" and they added on special leaf guards. One complaint is that we asked them to fix a downspout and it never got done.

Company provided complete estimate, and did not try to sell unnecessary items. They were prompt in their scheduling of services, and showed up as scheduled. Work was done quickly, as promised, and of excellent quality. We were very pleased with their work.

Nice enough on the phone but wouldn't count on them to meet your schedule or give you proper pricing. Maybe if you live on a single story ranch in CT their price quote is accurate. If, like me, you live in Westchester or have a 2 story or more house, I would totally avoid.

I initially called the company on Oct.8, 2012. A few days later I left another message requesting an estimate. There was no call back. One of the reasons I use Angie's list is to avoid companys that do not operate in a professional and at minimum courteous manner. On Oct. 18th I received a call from Gutter Guys that they were going to be in my area and would like to come out to give me an estimate. I agreed to a time but did state that I had thought I would have heard back prior to 10 days. I believe I spoke with a man named Michael (not sure of the name) who replied, "Do you want us to come out or not?" Thought he was rather rude. A nice young man came out the next day and asked to take pictures of my home to bring back to the office to come up with an estimate. I thought I would get the estimate on the spot. Again I agreed. Now 2 weeks later still not a word. I don't appreciate my time being wasted.

Called for an estimate for gutter cleaning. Said the range is 95-180 and they would have someone come do an estimate. They also said they would go ahead and schedule someone to come the following week to do the service but we could cancel if we wanted. I Explained we rent the house and only wanted gutters cleaned and no service agreements or recommendations for maintenance - they try to up sell when you call. We Never got the estimate, just a note on the door that it was done and no notification of when they would come so i had no idea if an appointment was scheduled, but i did get a bill in the mail. It was for the highest amount they charge (surprise!) and paperwork for all their overpriced recommended maintenance. I paid the bill because apparently someone did do the cleaning at some point (or I assume they did from what I can see), and wrote of my disappointment on the lack of communication and how convenient it was that our total should happen to be the highest amount given the invisible estimate. No response, not surprised. Buyer beware and should you use them, manage and monitor every step of the process. They'll take advantage if you're not watching. I'd even be home to make sure they actually do the service, I'm not convinced ours were all done. I trusted Angie's list and the reviews, fool me once, shame on me. There won't be a chance to do it again.

I was very impressed by the services performed onsite as well as the back office (Emily, Alex and the team). I will use their services again as well as highly recommend them.

It went OK overall and they were able to make the repair. There was some confusion initially, as the repairman thought he was coming to do an assessment/estimate, but I just wanted the repair done as quickly as possible. The repair person came back the next day and fixed the problem. My only complaint about the service is that I was surprised about the mess left behind. I suppose this is something I should have inquired about beforehand, and will definitely do the next time. But I came home that evening to find decomposed leaves (read black gunk) all over the walkways, driveway, shrubbery and mulch that I had just put down. I also found a rusted out strainer from one of the gutters about 15 feet from the house. I was expecting that whatever they took out would be bagged and removed, not just dropped from roof level, so this was disappointing. None-the-less, they got the job done which was the most important thing.I also requested an estimate for replacement of the gutters, but I haven't gotten one. It is possible this will be delivered with the bill for services (I estimated above based on a telephone conversation, but am not sure of the total).

They were a tad late in arriving, but they finished the work that day as they had previously stated. The servicemen were courteous and well-versed in their job. Overall, it was a very good job.

Their prices were reasonable and they did a great job cleaning the gutters.

I asked them to be specific if they saw any leaks. They cleaned very well and were very professional. We will definitely use them again.

My experience with Gutter Guys was first class. As president of a condominium complex, it's of paramount importance to use a vendor that uses top notch materials, has expert and quality installation and priced competitively. Gutter Guys delivered in all of these areas. Their friendly office staff and installation professionals made the entire process painless. When dealing with multiple vendors on multiple projects on a volunteer basis, this in itself is a huge asset. With the new gutters performing at least twice as well as the old gutters, a huge improvemnet in the general aesthetics of the complex was also realized. We also use Gutter Guys for our twice yearly cleaning service, which is also performed to a high standard. We have no hesitancy in recommending Gutter Guys for any project, large or small!

Had to call them after 2 1/2 weeks after our 50% deposit was cashed to see where they were. We did have "Irene" come through but still no call to explain this.

I called Gutter Guys to get an estimate because they already had an excellent rating on Angie's List. They returned my call promptly, called when they estimated they could set a date, came when I expected them and did the work over a two-day period. The two workmen were neat, polite, efficient, and professional. The work was entirely satisfactory. A week after the job was done, we had torrential downpours and although the gutters were fine, we had a tiny leak in the kitchen which seemed to originate in the ceiling. I called Gutter Guys because this leak may have originated where a downspout and gutter joint was. They came the same day, the same installers. They went up on the roof and noticed where some shingles were lifted near the new downspout. The shingle problem was not due to their installation. I knew what the problem was when they told me the location of shingles. They turned the downspout away from this small area and suggested we tar down the loose shingles. It has rained torrents since then and we haven't had any leak, although we still have to repair the shingles. The fact that they came the day I called, investigated the leak and found a way to avert the water from a bad patch basically solved the problem for me in one morning. Plus, they said to call right away if there are any further problems. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the quality of the materials, the work performed and the responsiveness of Gutter Guys LLC in Stamford, CT.

Gutter Guys installed new gutters and leaders for our entire house. The work was done by Giovanni and Alex, and they were wonderful. The job took almost 2 days, but that was because we needed to have 46 feet of underlying fascia board replaced in addition to the gutter work. This was at an extra cost in addition to the price stated above, but I was pleased that the fascia board was both primed and painted before installing. They provided a very clear, very detailed estimate along with photos. They took great care in performing the work. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns to our complete satisfaction. Also, whenever we called the office, the staff was excellent to work with. I would highly recommend Giovanni and Alex at Gutter Guys and I would not hesitate to use them again!
