Description of Work: Had them clean the gutters twice in the first half of the year. Job was well done, however after some heavy rainstorms and a lot of spring related tree debris that landed on the roof, the gutters were clogged by Memorial Day. They had to come back out to clean the gutters and this time the technician offered more advice on improving our gutter installation (they're new but not installed in the optimum position to catch all the water coming off the roof). He also installed an inexpensive device to prevent larger pieces of debris clogging the downspouts, anything helps!

Description of Work: This is the second thorough cleaning provided by the Gutter Guys. I was very happy with last summer's installation of my new gutters and am now being 'responsible' with maintaining them. The Gutter Guys will provide a contract for such management and I may well simply do that. However, my call for service promised a response within the week and my gutters were cleaned with five days!

Description of Work: I have counted on them for the past 2 yrs. to clean my gutters in the spring and fall. I have been very pleased with their service except for this past fall. They called to come a week before thanksgiving for my fall gutter cleaning, I told them if they could hold off one more week (due to trees still with some leaves nearby) and they said no problem. I thought they would be coming that following week but they did not come until mid to late Dec. I had called them about the issue twice. By then I had cleaned the lower gutters myself, they had to be cleaned out. I feel they should have told me they may not get to my gutters for another month so that I could have made other arrangements. It is a very busy time of year for them of course. |I will continue using them in the future, as I have been very pleased with their work in the past (aside that one time). I don't see this issue happening again. |They do a good job of cleaning my gutters and are neat. |

Description of Work: Very responsive and professional. Returned every phone call. Installers clearly explained service, showed up on time and cleaned up after installation. Fall gutter cleaning went well too. Would highly rec.

Description of Work: Replaced front & back 5" gutters & downspouts with 6" ones to alleviate overflow problems. Also replaced winter damaged downspout. Added guards to gutters where trees near house. Very good about contacting me re scheduling an initial consultation, when work would begin, etc. Technician who did the actual work was very professional. Very pleased with the work done.

Description of Work: They are very knowledgeable and detailed in their analysis of problems. The firm keeps pictures and very detailed computer records of their work.

Description of Work: They replaced the gutters on the house. The workman were professional and never wasted a minute. Work was done exactly as stated in the contract. The workmen arrived on time and worked into the evening to finish the job.

Description of Work: The back gutter of my home was damaged in a summer storm and needed to be re-attached to the house. They came very promptly, did the job and also provided a service plan in the event that I wanted to use their gutter cleaning services in the future. | My landscaper does my gutter cleaning at present, but I did use Gutter Guys many years ago for that job and they did very satisfactory work. They are not the cheapest service providers, but they do quality work and as always, you get what you pay for!
