Superb--they were fast, thorough and pleasant.

Gutter cleaning was thorough as was clean up. Estimate was late but price seems reasonable.

I submitted a request on their website for a quote. Within two days, I received a call from one of their cleaners (who was already at my house) with a quote. I approved the work over the phone, and the gutters were cleaned that day. A spot inspection of the gutters that weekend revealed that they were incredibly clean. The technician had left recommendations for minor updates (screens on the downspouts), and the company offers an automated service for annual/seasonal visits. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I had to cancel the service call a few days before, and called to reschedule. They said they would get back to me with a new appointment. They didn't, but on the day of the original appointment a guy showed up anyway (only my kid was at home). Since I wasn't there, and had wanted to go over things with him on site, I still needed another visit, and called again to discuss the mix-up and to reschedule. Again, I was promised a call back to reschedule. I never got one. To my surprise, a couple of weeks later I received in the mail a contract proposal for periodic cleaning of my gutters (which I hadn't asked for). At this point, I gave up on this company, because honestly, life is too short.

I called Gutter Guys one morning and they were there that afternoon. They gave me a range of cost over the phone, but increased it once they saw the size of my house and the height of the roof. I agreed to the increase and they started the work immediately. They sent me an invoice along with a proposal for twice a year cleaning, per my request.

I did not notice any leaves or things that had built up in our gutters left on the ground outside of our home when they were finished. I was happy about that. They did clean up so that it was hard to even tell that they had been there in the first place. I will only use companies that do not leave messes in or around our home. They did not, so I was happy.

I was pleased with the service and I would recommend them to anyone. They were very professional and did a good job. They are great and I think that they deserve a lot of credit for the work that they do. They get the job done right and fast.

Instead they insisted that my gutters were too small and that I needed gutters that are 2 inches wider. They would not give me an estimate for the work I wanted done; they were trying to make a sale. They also refused to provide a written estimate for this work on their company's letterhead.

What's to say? They knocked when they arrived, but I didn't need to be home for them to work. Once I called , they responded promptly. I have signed a contract with them. I had used them for years, before going abroad and never had a problem with them.

Provide a timely estimate for what was obviously a small job. Work was excellent.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST, AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. THE GUTTERS ARE CLEAN, AND THAT IS WHAT I WANTED. THE RAIN FOLLOWS THE GUTTERS SO IT IS GOOD.

THEY'RE EXPERTS IN THEIR WORK. THE PEOPLE WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PROVIDE YOU WITH THE NECESSARY INFORMATION. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO GET ME TO BUY NEW GUTTERS THEY LOOKED AT IT AND SAID THEY COULD FIX IT. THEY DID IT QUICKLY. WE'VE COMPARED IT WITH OTHER COMPANIES, AND THE OTHERS WILL CHARGE ALMOST DOUBLE WHAT THEY DO.

THEY LEFT BEHIND SOME BUCKETS, THEY FORGET TO TAKE THEM WITH THEM. I WASN'T PLEASED ABOUT THAT, AND THEY CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE AND SHOWED UP THE NEXT MORNING. I WOULD HAVE LIKE A LITTLE MORE ADVANCE WARNING.

WE HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM, AND THEY'RE EXPERTS AT WHAT THEY DO. THAT'S THE ONLY THING THEY DO. THEY GIVE SOME GOOD ADVICE AS TO HOW THINGS SHOULD BE DONE.

THEY COME REGULARLY. THEY LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY'RE COMING AND THAT THEY'VE BEEN HERE, AND I DON'T HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT ANYMORE. I DON'T SEE THEM. THEY JUST COME AND CLEAN MY GUTTERS AND LEAVE ME A LITTLE NOTE THAT THEY'VE BEEN HERE AND SEND ME A BILL.

THEY WERE THE ONES THAT ORGINALLY INSTALLED THE GUTTERS SO WE HAVE THEM COME BACK TO CLEAN THEM. THEY HAVE A GREAT PRICE. IT WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. THEY DID THE JOB VERY QUICKLY,WITHIN HOURS THEY WERE DONE. THEY SAID THEY'D BE HERE AT 9 IN THE MORNING AND THEY WERE HERE.

I FELT LIKE WHAM BAM THANK YOU MA'AM. THEY CAN IN REAL QUICK AND DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE, BUT THE OWNER WHO DIDN'T COME OUT WAS GREAT ON THE PHONE. THAT WAS WHERE THE WHAM BAM CAME IN. THAT WAS THE ONLY PERSON WE REALLY INTERFACED WITH.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DID A BAD JOB. THEY PULLED TWO GUTTERS DOWN AND LEFT THEM, AND THEN I TRIED TO GET THEM TO COME BACK TO PUT IT BACK, AND THAT TOOK ABOUT 5 PHONE CALLS.

THEY WERE GREAT BECAUSE THEY WERE NICE ON THE TELEPHONE WHICH IS MOST IMPORTANT. THE MEN WHO CAME TO DO THE JOBS WERE PREPARED WITH THEIR OWN BUCKETS TO PUT THE JUNK IN AND THEY TOOK THE JUNK AWAY. THEY SENT US A NICE CLEAN BILL WITH AN ESTIMATE ON WHAT IT WOULD COST TO REPAIR THE FRONT GUTTER.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY KEPT AFTER ME ABOUT KEEPING THE APPOINTMENTS. THEY WERE FLEXIBLE ABOUT RESCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENTS. THEY WERE FRIENDLY SERVICE TECHNICIANS. THEY DID A NICE JOB AND CLEANED UP. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS.

GUTTER GUYS LLC WAS VERY RELIABLE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL AT OUR HOUSE. THEY CLEANED OUR GUTTERS WELL AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK THEY DID.
