Description of Work: I contacted them last November and they were unable to get to me before everything froze. Meanwhile part of my gutters became detacthed from the house, meaning I needed a cleaning and some repairs. As soon as the ice was all melted they contacted me and in about a week came out for an estimate for the work. The cleaning price quoted was reasonable and they did it that afternoon. A week later the estimate for the repair came back way high IMO, but I haven't gotten other bids yet. Recommended for cleaning so long as you realize that they will get to you when they get to you.

Description of Work: Approximately two weeks ago, I called the company for an estimate for gutter cleaning, and was told the range was $85-180, and that someone would come the following week to confirm the estimate and do the service. Never heard another word, and gutters are still not cleaned. How do these people stay in business?

Description of Work: Hired them to clean my gutters on a very high and steep roof. They came within a week of my call and did a great job . The work was very clean and I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Sent out a request to the company to determine if the project of inspecting our gutters was something they would be interested in and asked that if so to just respond. They called and said they wre interested and I sent them my schedule to find a time that might be convenient for them. They called back to let me know that they do not use the internet in their business. I thanked them but do not wish to work with a company that does not take advantage of something as simple as the internet to make an appt. If they are smart enough to use Angie's list, they should be able to use another person's on line calendar.

Description of Work: I had an appointment scheduled for them to come out and give me an estimate as their prices varied from $75 to $185. They were supposed to come between 9-11. I explained that it was important to me that they be punctual, as I feed my mother at a nursing home everyday at 11:30. I waited till 1:30 and they never showed up and didn't call until then. When I spoke to the office they said that crews didn't show up for work that morning and they didn't see the note that they were scheduled to be at my home until 1:30. That is why it took so long for them to call me. I explained how aggravated I was but was willing to give them another chance. We rescheduled for the following day. However I did have someone coming to give me an estimate another company, also from Angie's List, that afternoon for having my windows cleaned. When he arrived he told me that they also cleaned gutters and he had his crew come later that afternoon. I canceled my appointment with Gutter Guys and had the other company clean the gutters later that afternoon for $100. I work evenings and I do not appreciate having my time disrespected. I don't have time to work with companies that don't show up.
