Description of Work: Gutter Bros LLC has cleaned our gutters twice a year (spring and fall) for about ten years. They have also come out to do repairs twice. We only had a few minor complaints over the years which were all resolved by the company.

+ -1 moreGutter Bros were wonderful. They came out to estimate the job and determined I needed a new roof before they could do the work. After I got the new roof they came back and did the work and they didn't charge me for the first visit. The work they did was very good and I was very satisfied.

+ -1 moreWe needed the downspouts replaced because they had been damaged when an addition was put onto the house. The estimate was done promptly, with an e-mail sent to us showing a photo of our home, areas to be repaired marked in red. The company noted that the horizontal gutters were leaking, and could be caulked, but might ultimately need replacement. We asked for them to estimate the cost of replacing them now, but opted not to do it yet. They came when they said they would, did a very neat job of replacing the downspouts, and caulked the horizontal gutters. They were respectful of our financial limitations, and did not in any way push for us to have more work done than originally requested. I would not hesitate to work with this company again, and will be asking them for an estimate on gutter cleaning for next year.

+ -1 moreFirst of all, we thought that the price was too high. Secondly, they did a mediocre job. They did not go around the house to pick up the stuff that they threw down. Lastly, they spent less than a half hour at our house.

+ 0 moreVery prompt response to my inquiry. It's hard to tell with gutters, but I assume the job was well done. No repairs were recommended (which, of course would have added to the cost). I wasn't home when they came, so I never met anyone face to face, but the phone contact was very pleasant. I was disappointed that the gutter debris was not cleaned off my deck.
Description of Work: My gutters were cleaned and inspected to see if any repairs were necessary.

THEY CAME OUT AND EVALUATED ALL MY GUTTERS AND PROMPTLY GOT BACK TO ME LETTING ME KNOW WHAT THEY FELT NEEDED REPLACING AND WHAT THE COST WOULD BE. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THEY DID NOT TRY TO GET ME TO DO WORK THAT WAS NOT REALLY NECESSARY AT THIS TIME. THAT I APPRECIATE VERY MUCH!
