I spoke with Joe, from Gutter Brothers, about checking out my gutters for alignment and cleaning them. His team came when at their scheduled time and performed the work that I had asked. The very next day we had a heavy rain for several hours and my gutters go the job done.

They came and cleaned the gutters and then departed. Did not stop to tell us what they had done, or to tell us when and how to pay them. I know they were very busy on the day they came, but a quick knock on our door and a quick "hello" would have been welcomed. Or even a follow-up phone call. Hard to evaluate the "ratings."
