Working with Gunner was one of THE BEST decisions we made as homeowners! When selecting people to replace the roof, siding, and windows we knew we only wanted to do these projects once in a 15-20+ year span and wanted the quality of work to match the financial investment. We vetted and got quotes from several highly rated/recommended businesses and ultimately chose Gunner for 3 main reasons: 1) Gunner offered the best work and materials warranty in comparison to every other bid I received- no one else was even close. 2) From the start Gunner was communicative, responsive, flexible, and friendly/personable. Now having completed our work with them, I can say these things were also true throughout the entire project. 3) Gunners price upfront includes everything to complete the job - this is really helpful when budgeting for a big expense. As we have worked with several other contractors (our house needed total renovation when we bought it) some people charge you for the job but there are additional costs you have to pay for (ex: dumpster fees which can cost several thousand dollars based on weight, etc). Gunner gives you a price and it’s very straightforward. Overall I would definitely recommend them for the work quality and peace of mind!

Our neighbor had Gunner Roofing install Hardie Board on their home and it looked so spectacular we decided against painting our old cedar siding! From start to finish, Eddie the sales rep, Anthony the project manager and Mr. Junior the foreman did not disappoint. Neighbors are stopping to ask “who did your house?” The crew cleaned up every evening, they were punctual and polite. Very efficient and painless two week process. They meet with you every day to review the scope of work and address your concerns. We will have them back in the fall to replace our skylights. Highly recommend!!

Gunner Roofing has an excellent team that completed my house siding project. As certified installers of James Hardie, they were professional from start to finish! Andrew was extremely knowledgeable of the product and created a spectacular design and assisted w/ the financing of my project. He was always available to answer all questions. The Project Manager Anthony communicated daily with project updates and was extremely responsive to questions and addressed all concerns in a timely manner. The workers were exceptional as they always arrived early and worked late to ensure completion of the work. Really appreciated their attention to detail! I highly recommend this company!

Gunner Roofing recently installed a new roof on my house. They did an excellent job. They were very professional and prompt. Immediately after I selected them for the job, they did not waste any time getting the proper permits. Also, a week before they started my job, my area had a severe wind and rainstorm. Gunner did not waste any time coming over and placing a tarp on my roof so that no further damage could take place. The person who supervised the job was always very pleasant, courteous, and professional whenever I spoke with him. Gunner was also very competitive in their pricing. In addition, towards the end of my job, I realized that I had not included the shed on my property in their original estimate. But this was not a problem. Gunner wasted no time in getting the extra material needed in order to replace the roof on the shed, they were also very clean. They did not leave any debris behind. I highly recommend Gunner Roofing for your roofing needs.

Very impressed with responsiveness, professionalism, technology, and value provided by Gunner Roofing. The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof.

Gunner Roofing was as professional as they could be. Throughout the entire process Andrew was communicative and eager to help, not just while he was trying to make the sale. The guys worked hard and got the roof done quickly. They made a change for me during the project that I appreciated (I wanted to leave the hatch open, which I didn't communicate ahead of time).

The guys at Gunner did an excellent job. They communicated well what exactly the job entailed. They're helpful when it comes to recommending colors that will look best. The job site was left clean and the crew was professional throughout. Job well done.

The roof took an extra day due to weather and some plywood replacement, but the job went well. The crew was very helpful in answering my questions. They showed up on time and did a really beautiful job. For such a mundane home improvement, it was a great experience. I highly recommend the Gunner Roofing team for your home roof installation.

Working with these guys has been the best home improvement partner and experience we've ever had. Everything you want, professional, reliable and honest. We had a three layer assault roof that needed to be striped down to the beams. Something if you know, can't be done but some amateurs. The job was executed perfectly but to top it all off clean up was impeccable, something I honestly didn't expect since a few days prior three layers of roof was all over the backyard.

Eddie was honest and told us that a repair to the roof would be just a patch and our roof would still need to be replaced. He was honest and did not try to repair the roof and waste our money. He even removed unsightly wires that were hanging from the roof for no charge. I would definitely use Eddie to replace our roof when we are ready to replace it.

Gunner Roofing is amazing! The owner answered all my questions down to every little detail. I got my old roof ripped up and redone and decided to get my gutters done as well, because they did such a good job on the roof. Such a relief to have a company show up on time and do an amazing job. Prior to the roof being replace I had several leaks. They were very professional... took the time to help me understand what work was being done and was very patient answering questions. Quality of work was phenomenal. Work was done very quickly and my home was left clean. After my roof was complete I received aerial photos in the mail on a flashdrive for myself and an extra for a friend. Overall a great experience.

They took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and explained everything to me in detail so that I understand how to use the new equipment. As a single female it can be difficult to pick a company to come out and do work on my home. Knowing who does quality work, who is trustworthy, and who is giving me a fair price is extremely important. I am beyond thrilled with the quality of work that was done. I had reroofing and gutters done. The project was finished on schedule and everything was cleaned up and left looking like new! Very professional, and able to answer any of the questions I had. I would definitely contact them again and refer them to my friends and family!

The guys over at HER were awesome. Extremely helpful with the whole process. They worked around my schedule with the wife and kids. The roof looks amazing and all my neighbors are impressed.
