I thought they were fabulous. You get what you pay for. I will recommend them and use them, again.

He did work for me in 2005 and 2006 and it's excellent. He was very honest, upfront, personable and thorough. I never had a problem. All his subcontractors were diligent, clean and trustworthy. I would hire him again. I like the fact that he was a local person and he was recommended by a couple of neighbors and other people I respected. He wasn't the lowest bidder but he was a low bidder. He was familiar with all the permits and stuffs we would need. He had work close with our architect.

We called Grasso Construction in July and they came out and gave us an estimate and did the work in the fall.

This was a large patio (approx.1400 sq. ft.) renovation project that, overall, went very well. Rainy weather caused delays, especially given the October time frame, but the contractor did all he could to get the work done in a timely manner. The contractor did serve up a number of change-order "extras", but all were negotiated to my satisfaction (This did require my very active oversite of almost the entire project.). Workers were very experienced and very capable of insuring proper grading for the patio and drain lines. Masonry work was very good. After 18 months, we could not be happier with the results of the work.

They did the job on time but after 3 weeks the sealant they put down started to flake off.... when i call to tell they came out to look at the flaking and told me they would be back to redue the job after many calls they never came back to due my driveway .. I had to get a new Company to do it They are a very unprofessional company I ever used

They returned my initial call promptly. Showed up for the estimate when scheduled. Delivered a bid in a most timely fashion. Showed up on time for the work. Afterwards (i.e., about a month after the job), I took my motorcycle out to wash. The sun had passed and the driveway was in the shade. After returning outside with the wash bucket I discovered the motorcycle kick stand had sunk through all the black top. When I called I was told "that's the way it is"! No offer was made to come and repair the hole.

THEY TOOK A LONG TIME TO ACTUALLY START THE JOB. THE FINISHED THE JOB 6 OR 7 MONTHS AGO AND WE ARE STARTING TO SEE PROBLEMS IN THE QUALITY. WE ARE ALREADY STARTING TO CRACKS IN THE PAVEMENT. THEIR PUNCTUALITY WAS TERRIBLE. IT WAS ALWAYS A GUESSING GAME ABOUT WHEN THEY WOULD COME.
