Description of Work: Replaced a hot water heater - procedure was seamless and clean. We are very concerned with water damage if a heater goes and they were able to take additional measures to ensure even on failure we would not endure damage. A+++++ Service.

Description of Work: We had a tub/shower that wouldn't drain. We had other plumbers who tried to snake the drain and then give up when they couldn't fix it. Frank immediately came up with a plan, got into the pipes, found the problem and repaired it. I would absolutely use Franks services again. He arrived when he said he would and he did what he said he would do.

Description of Work: I`ve lived in this same rental home for 39 years so we have frequently paid for costly repairs ourselves. We needed a new hotwater heater. We got quotes from several companies but we chose Frank because another reviewer had said they lived in an older home (ours was built in 1900) and the plumbing was quirky but that Frank had done a fine job. Though he did not offer the lowest price we went with him anyway. He called and showed up qas promised. He did the job quickly and effieciently. he didn`t complain or flinch because we have a dirty old cobwebb infested basement. I would definately use his services again in the future and would recommend him to others.

Description of Work: i called. he was polite and told me to expect him at "4pm sat" to give me an estimate to install a diswasher. that was three weeks ago. i am still waiting for him. he might have an plausable explanation, but he never expressed it to expressed to me.
