If you need inspiration, walk through the Fordham showroom. I had the pleasure working with Mayson who gave me great direction in finding the perfect tiles for two bathroom remodels. Before I walked in I was overwhelmed with decisions….I left feeling a great weight off my shoulders. Lovely staff…beautiful showroom.

Do yourself a favor, just head on over to Fordham Marble if you are planning on remodeling — it truly was the best decision we’ve ever made! My kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms are stunning! I will never go anywhere else! Honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience!

Fordham marble is by far the best vendor I have ever worked with. There quality level cannot be matched by other fabricators. This is a third generation family company with old world values. They are honest and have high integrity. Not once has any of my clients not been happy with their finished products. I would highly recommend them and not worry one bit about them letting down my clients.

You can't imagine a WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. The installer used the wrong color filler (glue) in the joints. Instead of a white filler to match my white countertops, it was yellow! The installer also didn't cauk some of the pieces correctly, and it had gaping holes in the seams. I called Joyce, the owner, and sent pictures. She told me "the joints are beautiful." As you can see from the pictures, they clearly are not. After six calls to Joyce - none of which she returned - I finally disputed the charges on my AmEx bill. Seven (7) weeks later, Fordham sent another installer to try to fix it. As soon as he walked in, he shook his head and told me the work wasn't done right, and that the guy who did the job the first time often had a problem with quality control. My countertops still aren't right, but they are better. POOR QUALITY, APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. While Fordham says that Martha Stewart uses them and loves their work, I'm sure that she (Martha) gets whatever she needs from Joyce, the owner. If you're a regular person who spends $8,000 of hard-earned money on kitchen countertops, you'll get poor quality and zero customer service. NOT RECOMMENDED.
