good tree work. clean up was incomplete. Dropped a limb though my pool deck and didnt tell me. Sent someone out to repair after I brought it up. Would use again but would be there to oversee.

I discussed what needed to be done with Kyle and he gave me a quote on the spot. Once weather permitted crew arrived early in the morning and did a great job. They cleaned everything before leaving.

Kyle and team were responsive, professional and took care. The work done was as expected. As requested, Kyle gave us an itemized quote of all the work discussed as well as an all day rate. As we had a budget, we chose to only do portions of the work. Not a problem for them. The guys showed up on time, discussed the work with us as well as some of the challenges. When I came home from work, the only evidence that they were even there was the work that had been done and the great view we now have from our front porch. We would use them again.

Very well. The damaged limbs were removed and the other trees were trimmed. I was pleased that they were able to come as quickly as they did (especially after Hurricane Sandy) and glad that they work was done so quickly and efficiently. I thought their price was very reasonable as well.

Kyle arrived the day following my initial contact and spent about an hour discussing the project offering a great deal of insight about how we should proceed. He gave thoughtful consideration to my intended goal and explained that one of the trees I had originally planned to remove should remain, while the one nearby should come down. It was definitely the right decision. It was immediately very apparent I was dealing with a professional, an arborist who could not only answer my questions but who was more than willing to share his considerable knowledge. His approach is honest and straightforward and I trusted his advice was in my best interest, not his. He delivered a detailed written estimate in a timely manner and the job was done as scheduled, by a crew that takes pride in their work and aims to please. The property was left in immaculate condition. Kyle and his crews are very accommodating and do what it takes to have a satisfied customer. I should mention I had three other tree companies here to give an estimate before Kyle, none of which compared to Exquisite Environments. I highly recommend this company.

I called Kyle to give us a price on mowing our lawn. He came to inspect our property and gave us a competitive price in a timely manner. He made a good professional impression, and after receiving similar quotes from other crews, we decided to go with Exquisite Environments, as they are located right down the street from us. His crew began cutting the lawn on a weekly basis. After about 2 weeks, we asked for an estimate on topping up the soil and mulching some of our flower beds. We left multiple messages to this effect and even spoke to him briefly. He never followed up on the phone calls, so we decided just to have him cut the lawn. I left a message, about an area behind our shed that had not been mowed. He never followed up with a phone call. It was only, when I happened to be home when the crew came, that I could show them the missed section. We had noticed that after the crew came each week the flower beds looked very disturbed. On their last visit, it looked like a tornado had swept through the front flower bed, several plants were even uprooted. I left a message for Kyle to that effect. My husband followed up with a similar phone message, as Kyle had failed to call us back. A return phone call, or some indication that our business was important to him never came. Frustrated by a lack of response we decided to end our services with Exquisite Environments.

We talked to 4 other tree service companies before deciding on Exquisite Environments. The first two declined the job because the large oak trees that needed to come down were situated on hillsides inaccessible to their cherry-pickers/cranes. Then we spoke with a large firm that has offices all over the place, ads in all the circulars, and top ratings on Angie's List. They were very knowledgeable, and could have done the work, but when we mentioned our desire for firewood, they poo-poohed it, saying we would do better to leave the wood on the ground and buy firewood in the store. We then spoke with Kyle, of Exquisite Environments, and one other local independent arborist, both of whom said they would have no trouble taking down the trees, without the use of cranes or cherry-pickers. In addition, one of the first things they both said was that we would reap a huge harvest of firewood, and should take advantage of it if we could. We decided to go with Kyle, largely because the other local guy could not begin the work for several weeks, but also because Kyle was the only one who pointed out some landscaping changes that would help to save some other endangered trees on our property. Kyle was able to schedule the job in a little more than a week. His crew arrived right on schedule, at 8 a.m. We expected the work to take several days, but to our surprise, the large trees were gone within a few hours. The remaining cabling, trimming, and tree removal were finished by the following evening. The work was done carefully, without disturbing us or the neighbors, and there was nothing was left behind for us to cleanup.

Our appointment for an estimate was very prompt and satisfactory. We took a few weeks to decide and then had a little trouble connecting for the actual appointment to take the tree down. We left messages and there was a delay of 2 or 3 days in getting back to us each time. But once we connected and set up a firm date, the crew showed up punctually, worked hard, was easy to communicate with and cleaned up after themselves very well.

He told me that the tree couldn't be saved and would be dead in 6 months, so he just wanted to cut it down. Others told me they could probably save it for a few more years. Additionally, he told me it would be $1700 for the work, but then wrote down $1800 for the written estimate. He did correct the price once I complained. I was impressed until he gave me the written estimate quoting a higher price than initially given. I decided to continue looking for someone else to do the job.

They came on time and they were all introduced to me and they worked very hard and worked well together. They put back things that they moved and cleaned up my yard so that you would never had known that they were there.They explained everything and listned to to everything I said. They were very curtious and professional and I would highly recomnend them and would use them again.

Pretty well. Scheduling was a bit dicey, and they had to come back to re-stack the piled up wood so it wouldn't damage a small tree.

Great. Kyle showed up on time to give an estimate, which was significantly cheaper than anyone else. On the day of the job, the crew showed up on time, they did exactly what they said, and cleaned up very nicely. I'd definitely use them again.

This is probably the best tree service around. Enchanted Environments has done tree work for us in the past. This time it only took them 30 minutes and they did not even charge me. I think this shows a lot of business savvy. Kyle Wells runs it and he's great.

Kyle was very nice and professional, and returned my call immediately. He went to my house the same day I called to check out the tree and provide me with a quote. The tree was removed within a few days. His price was below other quotes I received.
