+ -1 moreFirst time I used this company, and will use again. Steve came the same day, and I suspect was missing dinner with his family, since he came after 6p. Educated me on the use of my unit, and was very descriptive of the work he did to fix my problem. Took careful notes on my unit incase he needs to service again. Thanks Steve!

+ -1 moreEfficient Heating and Cooling promptly diagnosed the problem and after attempting to repair the part on site it was decided that a new motor for the unit had to be ordered and installed. 2 days later, as soon as the replacement part was received by the company, the unit was installed and cool air returned to our home. Thank you George for the prompt and efficient service.
Description of Work: The fan in the circulation unit of our central AC system died.
