Bruce did an excellent job at my home! One rug hadn’t been cleaned in 15 years and it looks like new! He also did a fantastic job on two other rugs that were not wall to wall. I love that I don’t have to send them out. He is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He is also reasonable with his pricing. I will most definitely be calling Bruce ant DMS again!

We have had Bruce clean our upholstered furniture for about 6 years now. He's always does a great job - and goes above and beyond. Reasonably priced, easy logistics (quick communication) and really nice guy. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet that was pet stained. Although the stains did eventually come back, the carpet was sanitized and in much better shape. They also set proper expectations which was very helpful.

+ -1 moreGood job cleaning carpets. My only complaint is that a stain that appeared to have been removed reappeared. I've used DMS several times. They do a decent job. Upholstery can be expensive but carpets are reasonable.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in large living room, dining room, hallway and steps as well as 7' sofa (microfiber) and ottoman. All stains removed and everything looks clean. On time, did a good job and it dried quickly.
