Project 1 Dario and his crew carefully removed the old trim around the windows and doors, leaving no damage to the plaster walls. They installed the new windows and doors along with the new trim. After painting the doors and new trim it seemed as if Dario was never here. They covered the floors and immediate areas where they were working at the beginning of each day and then cleaned up at the end of each day. Dario treated our home as if it was his own. Project 2 When we bought the house a few years ago we knew the garage needed to be replaced. The concrete floor was not done right when it was built and the floor had sunk 3-6 inches down leaving a gap between the floor and walls. Those same walls are attached and held up by the living room wall. After the storms and snow we had during the fall/winter of 2011-2012 the stress cracks became bigger and more visible and we couldn't postpone this any longer. Dario and his crew removed the garage and concrete floor that was actually only 4 inches thick which is why we had these issues to begin with. Dario built us a new garage and since we had the garage down we decided to do everything at once and replace the siding and gutters where birds had made homes every spring in the cracks and gaps of the siding. Dario took the time to sit down with us multiple times and explained the process step by step including the different options in siding material to choose from based on our budget. We knew this was going to be a lot of work and had a limited budget to begin with. Dario and his crew were very organized and cleaned up after each day. He handled everything from demo and excavating to roof and sheet rocking inside the garage. Dario even handled the logistics with permits and inspections through the building department. He explained everything and kept us informed of the progress day by day. Dario is very knowledgeable and organized. We had no major set backs or issues except for a couple rain delays. He kept our project within the agreed budget and it looks great. We get nothing but compliments and we are happy with the results.
