Mark from Duncan came on a Sunday due to the old tank was leaking from the bottom and I was unable to see if it was repairable. He was very professional and diagnosed that it was not fixable and made arrangements to be at our house the next day with a new 81 Gallon Expansion/pressure tank to replace the one that is leaking. Him and his partner were very professional and did the repair in a very expedient manner. We were impressed and plan to use them in the future when our well system needs servicing.

Jeff was a real pro, diagnosed the problem, corrected the problem, and outlined a plan for future maintenance. I wish we used this outfit 20 years ago! This is a first rate service provider.

They are a third generation family business and treated us like family. The work quality is top-notch and they are both reasonable/competitive in price as well as alert you to problems or enhancements before problems can start. Highly recommended for your needs.

They came out the same day like they promised. They were very professional and I had water again the next day. Once they found out what the problem was Jeff Duncan took the time to explain what had happen and what needed to be done to repair the problem. He gave me a range of what he thought it would cost and he came in at the low end of his estimate when I received the final bill. They were very professional and worked late to make sure I had water back quickly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I have been using Duncan Pump Co for over 20 years for the servicing of our pumps and water system. Over the years, I have had to call them for yearly routine maintenance as well as for emergencies, when we were without water or a pump needed immediate repair. All these service calls were responded to immediately, including weekends. Pricing has always been reasonable. . The work was done efficiently with the work area always left impeccably clean. I trust them implicitly to enter my home and then lock up if I am not available to be there while they are working. I highly recommend this company and its proprietors, Jay and Jeff Duncan.

I would suggest looking elsewhere before working with this company. Our water was out and we called Dale O. Duncan because they had placed a sticker on the equipment in the basement when the house was owned by a prior owner. The company was very responsive to our call and was on site within a few hours. The representative diagnosed that the motor on the well pump was probably worn out because the pump was drawing excessive amperage, therefore tripping a shutoff switch. He reset the unit and promised us a quote for repairs. After several days of asking for the quote, we received two options to replace the entire well and water pressure system, one for around $7400 and the other for nearly $9000. We contacted another company, which agreed that the pump needed to be replaced but disagreed that any other components needed to be replaced. Its estimate was less than half the lowest estimate provided by Dale O. Duncan. I spoke with the proprietor, Jeff Duncan, and asked for a more competitive revised quote that did not involve a total system replacement. I never heard back from him, but today I received a bill for $150.00 for the and quot;service call,and quot; which involved pushing a little red reset button. I'll pay the bill for the service visit, but I won't be calling them again.
